“I sent a Parcel from Turkey on 19th of October, to UK. Paid lot of money and it should be delivered within 7 to 10 days. I sent the parcel by air. On the tracking screen it says the parcel was cleared from custom on 26 October. But since then there was no movement of parcel. Its sitting ducks at international hub. I called HMRC tax revenues to find out what went wrong. They said we cleared your parcel so it should be with parcelforce. And I spoke with Parcelforce 7 times, still they cannot tell me when the parcel will be delivered? WHAT A BLOODY NIGHTMARE. They called the recipient and told him they cannot share any details or whereabouts of the parcel! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY JOKING! THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO RAISE AN INQUIRY FROM THE LOCAL POST OFFICE! I ASKED THEM SPECIFICALLY WAS IT CLEARED FROM CUSTOM? THEY SAID YES. SO WHY YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING IT? THE ANSWER WAS WE DONT KNOW! I ASKED DID YOU LOSE THE PARCEL THEY SAID NO, WE HAVE IT, SO WHY NOT DELIVERY IT. THEY SAID WE DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THAT. SUCH A BLOODY NIGHTMARE. IF YOU KEEP ON DOING THESE KIND OF ACTS YOU WILL LOOSE PEOPLES TRUST.”
“Sent 2 danish tables using parcel force. Both were extremely well packed. Arrived at the customers house and 1 of the tables was broken in 4 places. After paying extra for insurance and photographic evidence of the damage to the table, and having to wait 2 weeks, I was told that my claim had been rejected because damage to furniture is not covered. There is such a long list of items NOT COVERED for damage that I would recommend that any one sending something with parcel force check the list of the items. Absolutely disgusted with the service that they offer. The words pass the buck springs to mind.”

Checked on tracking at 12.15. It stated delivery was attempted at 11.44am. LIES. Was here all the time, and have cctv to prove it. No attempt was made. They say card left. Another LIE. When will they learn some
customers can prove non delivery?
Customer service said another attempt will be delivered today. Find this hard to believe.

“If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely atrocious. If I knew a company would be delivering via Parcelforce, I wouldn’t order. First time they claimed they couldn’t find my address and I had to find all of this out by locating the tracking number as absolutely no information was received via text email or app, nothing. My house has been here since 1927!
Second time they are now claiming my parcel has been delivered and collected by me and I have received nothing. No card through the door, no parcel. No text message and no information given.. So now I’m going to have to go through the rigmarole again of contacting them and finding out where on earth they have delivered it to etc. The supplier I ordered is no better claiming someone else in my house collected it for me but I live on my own!
Avoid at all costs.”

was waiting for a server blade to be delivered, checked tracking which showed the driver was just down the road so was keeping a close eye on the security cam when all of a sudden I get this

Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next"

Update - I have now been told that the delivery driver has made a mistake on the postcode "what a load of BS" and they want to charge me for a Saturday delivery the nerve of them I really hope this review does damage to you PF”

Apparently they attempted delivery and I refused the item, which is impossible as I was not even at my home on the day as it was not the delivery day I was told. So for them to just send my item back based of a lie is a complete disgrace. Worst delivery company I've ever had the unfortunate problem of dealing with.”

Parcelforce say they've attempted delivery - sometimes not even leaving a notice card - if they have even attempted delivery...who knows?
I live in a secure block of flats where many couriers leave parcels in the lobby which is behind two security doors - so its pretty secure. I asked Parcelforce to leave the Parcel there. Parcelforce claim they cannot on request of the seller - most likely a scam to get people to pay £12 for Saturday delivery or the fee to collect from the Post Office. I contacted the seller who said that it is their policy that I should not incur any extra costs for delivery by having to stay, collect from the depot or the post office and they will refund my card and collect the parcel from Parcelforce for me. Parcelforce were using the seller as a excuse for thier actions. I am waiting to see if Parcelforce will mysteriously "lose" the Parcel - judging by the content of the other reviews on this site. Luckily I am protected under Section 75 so there's not much Parcelforce can do.
In short, given the choice DO NOT USE Parcelforce. If you have to (as a recipient), make sure that you protect yourself financially by using your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations (or the post-Brexit equivalent), and giving yourself the option of cancelling through Section 75 on a credit card if Parcelforce try anything.”

“Parcel not delivered, returned 30 days later badly damaged. Originally sent insured up to £1000, Parcel Force does not feel responsible for anything. After over 6 months of filling a claim, still nothing. Real scammers, avoid if you can”
