Early November 2020, posted parcel to New Zealand, it was going to be our first Christmas without three of our youngest grandchildren. Parcelforce failed to deliver the parcel even though we were charged over £85 but the impact of knowing that the gifts which we had carefully chosen for them, and did not get, was so upsetting, I will never forget the upset this caused us over Christmas. Parcelforce ran an investigation and confirmed the batch it was with is in Auckland and waiting for delivery. Turn clock forward to March 2021, dozens of emails later, only to get an automated generic replys no-one to talk to at Parcelforce, they are faceless and unaccountable! Middle March 2021 a Parcelforce van pulls up outside and yes you guessed it the parcel was back with me. No explanation and all sweets chocolates missing, but gifts still in parcel ? I have just received a cheque for the postage, no explanation, no apology. There must be some kind of protection for the customer against Parcelforce.

Got no warning for delivery. Said delivery failed because nobody answered. Checked cameras and nobody ever showed up. So obviously no card. Just decided to check post office. If your stuff doesn't show up, check your area post office before bothering with these people. They will not give answers or updates. Went threw an entire day of rage over their incompetence.

Lost my package last year and STILL no refund. I tried to send a package with them in September of 2020 that never arrived at its destination. I contacted several times and was told several times that things were moving slower due to COVID before they finally admitted they have no idea where my package is even though I sent it tracked. It's now April of 2021 and I'm just trying to get a refund for the package they lost but all I've been told for months is "We sincerely apologise for the lack of contact from our Claims department- I have emailed them this morning to request they contact you as soon as possible." While their customer service team is usually quick to respond, they clearly have no power to resolve the situation themselves and are essentially just middlemen.

Checked the parcel tracker and it said that they were unable to deliver again today and a card has been left to tell me what to do next! Firstly I have waited here all day!! 2nd I have had no call card left I have checked inside the letterbox under the mat etc!! I think that they never even attempted to deliver today! I’m guessing that they have far to many parcels to deliver so don’t want to try one that was a 2nd attempt!!!!! Sooooooo frustrating!!!!

I've had items come from Italy recently faster than these clowns can deliver from 40 miles away...

They appear totally incapable of taking any responsibility when they fail to deliver goods. Any investigation is of a minor form and flimsy at best. They are not worth considering if you are sending anything worth more than 50p

I sent two parcels, to my sister and my mum, in Cape Town, South Africa, as gifts on 7 January 2021. One was returned to me, many weeks later, "incorrect documentation". Very odd that, seeing that I sent it from a Post Office. The other is STILL sitting in Santiago, Chile. Misdirected. Have submitted a complaint, and a claim and I am just getting the run-around, the "oh we can't do anything" nonsense. Avoid at all costs.

Parcel force 24 express email this morning saying they are not going to deliver today as scheduled but tomorrow. Two days of my life disrupted from their lack of service. In future I shall seek not to make purchases from companies that do not offer an alternative delivery company (this is not the first time that Royal Mail and Parcel force have wasted my time.)

Disgusting service. They put a blank card through the letterbox as we were out. I found the tracking number from the seller's email and saw a comment I had been told to collect it from the Post Office. I visited 3 Post Offices without success then went to Parcelforce's depot in Netherfield. They were able to find out which PO had received it, although this information was not available on the website. I finally collected the parcel from a PO quite a distance from my home. The Postmaster there said I was lucky to have been given a card as often they don't bother so parcels aren't collected for weeks. Tracking down my parcel took two hours due to queuing. I was very angry as other courier services are so efficient and let you know when a parcel will be delivered - even the name of the driver in some cases. I sent a message to the seller telling him I wouldn't buy anything from him again if he used Parcelforce. Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely useless. Sent two parcels on 7 January, gifts to my mum and sister in South Africa. Used a post office to send so. The first parcel returned to me because of "incorrect customs documentation", which should have been correct seeing as was sent from a post office. The second is STILL sitting in Santiago, Chile! Claims process terrible too as is the complaint services, both of which I'm attempting to use. Avoid using at all costs.

Why do Parcel FARCE!! Parcel FRAUDULENT!! Parcel FIND IT!! Parcel Flippant!! There are a few more I could write with F!!!! Having dealt with this Incompetent, Disorganised, bad Management, untrained Customer Service, Linning their pockets Directors whose middle names are don't give a S!!!!T Company or should I say Dumbany!! To have my items that I have owned for over 40 years smashed to smithereens on delivery. I pay 24 hour service I arrange collection I ask the driver if they can take great care (as we both have had other items broken) he looks me in the eyes and says yes but I can't guarantee what happens back at the depot! Off he drives bumping off the payment with no care of what he's carrying in the back and I then wait in anticipation, yes there it goes messages coming through to me with photos of my beloved items smashed into pieces and the only way they would end up like that is someone literally throwing them around hard several times, who the hell do they employ to not work but sabotage the goods, these people are vile and diabolical individuals. A delivery driver told me that if you put fragile on it then it will be thrown around harder and then laughed! Who the hell do these idiots think they are. Oh to pick them up and throw them around so they end up like my items. Maybe this Company should be on the Front News?! And why do you want one star as that is too many it should be - - -1 that's a big fat minus, still whatever we write they still get paid from the fat cats down to the plebs because the don't give a T..s!!!

Worst customer service ever experienced and still not sorted after 4 months! Sent parcel 28/11/20, when it wasn’t delivered within 10 days we asked where it was. Apparently they investigated but they didn’t know where it was and was lost but after a month they said they were going to redeliver back to us without contacting the recipients. A further month later it was delivered back to us with no explanation. After poor customer service and being made to feel like we were in the wrong from back and forth emails for months (as they don’t have a call centre) we were told we would be refunded but have yet to receive it nearly 4 months later

It was mid March 2021, the tail end of a long and arduous winter when I placed the order for goods which parcelforce were due to deliver. The roaring twenties had gotten off to slow start, my bones were cold to the marrow and my body weary from the relentless toil of the previous months. As arduous and bleak as the winter months had been, the service rendered to me by the frosts and snows of January was positively stellar when compared to the service I received from this delivery firm. Instruction to leave the parcel in a safe place if I was not home was ignored, and delivery was repeatedly failed on consecutive days. I finally resolved to stay home one fine Thursday, in order to ensure that I would receive my package. This was done at the expense of going to work and earning a crust for my family I might add, and so I was ever the more perturbed when at 11:30 am I received notice that delivery had once again been ‘attempted’ an hour earlier and my parcel had been returned to depot. I was at home the whole morning and yet the parcel still eluded me. No ring on the doorbell, no knock, merely an attempted delivery note pushed through the door. One must wonder what constitutes an ‘attempt’ when even going to the trouble of ringing the doorbell is a push too far. rather amateurish I thought, even the most basic of tasks relating to the delivery of a parcel beyond the capabilities of whoever was working the beat that morning. Following this initial show of incompetence, I rang parcelforce to complain and to enquire as to whether I would ever receive my goods. I was told to drive to the depot (over 45 minutes away) to collect the parcel between 6 and 7 pm. As inconvenient as this was I agreed to make the voyage. I cancelled my other plans and set forth for the hostile badlands of Rotherham. Upon arrival at the depot, the customer service I received from the young chap on the door was comically sub par. After some confusion I arrived at reception, where I was informed that my parcel had been delivered to my home and signed for (by me) while I was on the way to the depot. It appeared at this point that the company had conspired to mug me right off. An utter debacle truth be told and the half hearted apologies by various members of staff along the way did little to make amends. It baffles me how a company of such a size which specialises purely in delivering parcels can be so inept at it. Amazon by contrast, deliver consistently without issue. They, and other delivery services I have used deliver promptly and to instruction while these imbeciles are still trying to put their corsets on.

A parcel was dropped of at the post office on Monday for first class delivery. It was not picked up by the courier until Wednesday. It took until Thursday to reach the sorting hub and still hasn't arrived at the local depot by Friday. This whole process is within the UK, are they walking the parcel between each destination?

The worst courier company in the UK. The London North West Depot is lying for the second day in a row that they tried to deliver and I was away when I sit at home waiting 😡Even my camera on the door couldn't see anyone. I am waiting for this parcel since Sunday and today is Wednesday.

I was phoned asking where my house was. Itis prominent on the main street in my village. I told him I was not living at the house the moment but as an address almost next door. He arrived with the parcel but unfortunately I was asked asked for my first name as a form of ID. I NEVER give my first name. Nor do I do business with companyies who use it. My christian name is for the sole use of my friends. I gave my name as Mrs. F. Elphick and he refused to give me the parcel . Consequently I handed him back the parcel.
