“I placed an order, which consisted of 3 boxes, all of which came on 3 seperate occasions, no notice of when they were coming, I had to chase them up on separate occasions and got bad headaches from the stress of it all”
“Paid for 'express 24' for delivery of an urgent item, plus insurance. The parcel remained in the Post Office, where I'd dropped it off, for three days without collection by Parelforce. On the third day I returned to the Post Office, verified that the package was still sitting there, waiting to be picked up by Parcelforce and decided to cancel the risible 'express service' that Parcelforce purports to operate and paid again for it to be sent via Royal Mail, next day delivery.
Parcelforce's website is diabolical and their customer service is practically non existent. You can't find a phone number that will reach a human - in typical fashion their automated voice mail greeting and Kafkaesque phone system refers you back to the website. I emailed and did not receive a reply for over 30 hours. So, I resorted to using their 'chat' function (when I finally found it) on the website and proceeded to suffer a long exchange to secure a refund. I now have to wait for up to 7 business days for my money back.”
“I had to use parcelforce 48 express because my mothers day gift was 1cm too long and cost me £12.12 to post, this was not a problem for me, all I wanted was my mother to receive her gift before mothers day. The actual item was a collapsible walking stick and a card all of which weighed less than 3 grams . It took 5 days to get there a distance of 65 miles ffs ! I complained to parcelforce , who made me jump through hoops with on-line form filling, proof and complaint handling, then the pond life that judge my case thought £2.53 was justifiable compensation. Shame on parcelforce a company I shall never use again and hope no one else will.”

“They are without doubt the most incompetent delivery company known to man. They keep picking up parcels from suppliers with no intention of delivering. Nobody answers phones. tracking information is a Joke.

“DO NOT USE! Horrible service! Couriers are not showing up to collect the parcel then leave the note I wasn’t available. 48hrs express delivery arrives to London after 4days.. on the day 5 I’m seeing an update online : delivery attempted, refused by addressee! I called to say I’m home and no one has ever tried to deliver the parcel.. i was told “I’m sorry about that but your parcel has never left the depot!!! We haven’t got enough people but it will be delivered to you on Monday”.. Now I’m seeing an update on my parcel as “being returned to the sender”!!! To the address i NO LONGER Live at!!! This is a total joke!!! I could definitely understand that due to ongoing situation they have some difficulties in delivering but this is just disrespectful how they treat their customers.”

“Absolutely pathetic excuse of a courier company - the driver drives PAST my house on a daily basis and has FAILED to drop off my parcel 3 DAYS RUNNING! What sort of service is that? Try to ring customer services, it takes ages to get through. When I do, I am supposed to have someone from my local depot call me back - they don’t. I try to call them - no ones there. Will never ever use this company to send or receive parcels again if I don’t have to. Useless idiots.”
“Ordered plenty of times from multiple services and never had an issue like this before, The parcel force delivery driver dropped my parcel off at a completely random address, I’m now left with no parcel and no way of getting a refund absolutely atrocious service I highly recommend using another parcel service, the customer service was also unable to get a hold of the depot which the driver was with”

“I’ve used parcel force fir a few years now. I live in Dudley and use them most days sometimes Upto 7 parcels a day. My local driver MATT from the Birmingham depot goes above and beyond Always polite and helpful. Never lets me down. Just wanted to give him a special mention as he is a top lad. Keep it up MATT and please don’t ever leave 👍👍 if the management from Birmingham read this. Give him some praise and look after him. 👌”
“This company Parcelforce is appalling and totally unprofessional. I sent a parcel last November 2019 abroad. It never arrived. I telephoned several weeks later to check on the parcel because the recipient contacted me to say it hadn’t arrived. I was told it probably was held up in Customs and to phone back in a weeks time. The parcel still had not arrived 4weeks later so I was told to complete a Worldwide Claim form which I did. 2weeks later I received a letter stating I couldn’t claim because the parcel wasn’t sent Global Value. It WAS sent Global Value and I had sent the receipt. Complete shamble. I had to resend the Claim form because the original had disappeared !!! It is now March 2020, 4 months since my parcel was posted. Parcelforce has sent me a final settlement cheque which doesn’t even cover my loss parcel contents and postage. The customer service has been shocking. Time scale shocking. Everything about this company is shocking .A word of advice, if your parcel goes missing, don’t expect good service or your money back. I will never use Parcelforce ever again.”
“Parcel was not delivered as the road was closed. The pavements were not. Workmen were moving barriers to allow traffic down the road eg. deliveries. No message to say where my parcel was although I had received emails from them previously. Confusion as to where I should contact but eventually got hold of customer services. Wow, did the female at the end of the phone know she was customer services? She eventually told me my parcel was at a post office I had never heard of. No offer of redelivery. No nothing really. I eventually paid for a taxi to collect my identification, drive to another area, pick up my parcel and bring it to me. As we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am stuck indoors I would really have appreciated a tiny bit of interest from this terrible company. The parcel contained a month's supply of dog food and another parcel of dog food was lost by these clowns another time as they delivered it to a strange house in the next road along. Do not use this company! I was going to post a picture of my finger but don't like to offend anybody.”
“Do not use Parcelforce, very unprofessional. They should be closed. Your tracking is showing that my parcel was delivered on 18/03/20 at 16:15 from Bristol depot. I have not received it. Funny my address is 255B Roundhay Road Leeds LS8 4HS. When I enquired initially the parcel was at the Leeds depot. Called customer service several times and I am put on hold and end up cutting me off. This is the second time I have experienced very bad service. I’m reporting to the Ombudsman. “How can a parcel promptly sent from the US, arrive in the UK within three days, then spend six to seven days in Parcelforce UK, checking through customs etc..etc?
I buy a lot of parts from the US, my advice is to insist on the sender using UPS. They send you a UK based customs charge straight away. You can pay this whilst the item is in transit. Then as if by magic, it arrives five days later!!!”
