“Two packages sent from same company in Norwich on the same day and time one arrives here the other one in Belfast???? As I live in South tyneside it's certainly got strayed . What a joke . I paid 12.95 for this service or lack of it. The company themselves were terrible so a double whammy.”
“Sent a document to Spain from the Wimbledon Post office at 11:40 24th June via Global Express (next day delivery). Package was tracked to Spain on Friday 26th 4:45 only to then appear as collected at Wimbledon at 16:21 almost 12 hours later. Emailed a complaint on Friday and then yesterday. No update on tracking system since Friday afternoon, no response yet to the Emails.”
“Paid £26 for next day AM delivery on Wednesday. It's now Saturday, and according to the tracking it's scheduled for delivery, which means Monday! Absolutely unacceptable! All the other couriers are delivering on time! If running behind, you could have delivered Saturday to at least try to make up for such poor service!”
“I would recommend avoiding this company - carrier pigeons would be a better choice. Sent parcel from Brisbance to UK. It got to UK in around 10 days but then disappeared into Parcel Farce's Coventry facility and 5 weeks later it had not emerged. I and the recipient sent 6 emails to Parcel Farce - we got 6 different form letters in reply, non of which were in anyway helpful..

“Disgraceful. They falsely stated delivery was attempted. I was home all day and I can tell you nobody came. Also, they of course didn't leave any card! So now I am in a limbo where I don't know where my parcel is and if I'll ever receive it. We paid extra to get this parcel from Italy to the UK in 48 hrs. That was 10 days ago. Customer service is non existent. It is almost fully automated too and completely unhelpful. There was no apology for the damage and inconvenience and no attempt to actually find my parcel. Do not use this company.”
“Parceforce . what a joke. Sent a padded envelope from usa to england. 5 days from usa to uk. Artived june 8th at parcelforce coventry. cleared customs and vanished. No trace. Lost. Even with tracking numbers and signatories.
Customer service on phone very blarzey about the whole thing. Didnt care. Just told to refer to website.

“Phone calls 9pm previous day followed by call at 7.25am on delivery day giving time slot of 8.22am to 9.22am .....now 10.30 and no delivery . Will disregard any supplier using Parcel force in the future.”

“Parcel number IN6378538 was delivered while I was out, as I have a Ring doorbell I was able to talk to the driver and explained that I would be unable to collect the parcel from a post office as I was Sheilded and ask him to deliver it to my next door neighbour he said ok but did not go to my neighbor and proceeded. I phoned parcel force customer service who said they had contacted the driver and the parcel woulf be delivered the next day. The parcel was however taken to the post office for pickup which I can not do. This driver was extremely inconsiderate and obviously would not put himself out for anyone.”
“Absolutely disgusting. A custom built one off guitar body completely trashed by this incompetent lot. Well wrapped and taped in layers and layers of bubble wrap, and securely boxed and labeled FRAGILE. This damage is a result of pure negligence and a total disregard for the package contents.”

“I paid for 24 hour express delivery and here we are 4 days later and no parcel or any information about where it is, I have contacted them twice but not had an answer. No sorry it’s delayed or anything. Why advertise a service and accept payment if you can’t deliver other companies manage fine.”

This review is because the last delivery I got with them, the item has never been delivered. Juts lost. The signature as proof of delivery is just three separate letters, like a code, is not a name, and no one knows where my parcel is. Gone!!”
“Missed delivery 2 consecutive days childcare issue, adviced parcelforce to leave in a safe place or post office . Bird brain delivery driver returned to Middlesbrough ,i live in ripon . Parts required urgent so had a 2 hour drive to pick up parcel . Not a happy man”
“If I cc ould give zero I would. Driver left a card saying my parcel would be at the post office to collect the next day. It then took 5days to reach my local post office from the back of the van. When I asked customer service for an explanation I just get it is company policy to take parcels to local post offices or back to depot. Still doesn't explain why this took 5 days. Good luck with this clowns.”
“Terrible service. They informed us delivery was scheduled, x3 consecutive days, with timings . It arrived on the third one, late. No contact with us. I managed to track parcel but no reason stated. The driver dropped the box over the gate ( the content was fragile) , the lid has come off the box and he denied dropping it, I saw him do it. No apology. Contacted customer services and they suggested it is upto the driver to deliver, they don’t control his whereabouts, the timings sent are automated, very unhelpful and not courteous. I would suggest delivery companies never to use them . Awful experience”
“I sent a parcel via parcelforce next day guaranteed am delivery parcel was collected from the post office where I paid £17. Parcel went from the post office to the hub At the hub the parcel was missorted and sent to the wrong depot. The parcel was then returned back to the post office from where I sent it, then back to the hub and sent to the correct depot. Avoid this delivery company at all costs, they are absolutely inept and totally and utterly unreliable.”
