“They are lying and dishonest. Today I received a text at 9:54 am saying delivery will attempt between 10 and 11. Be there and open the door at 10 sharp. Nobody. I log into their tracking system, the system says already tried to deliver at 9:43 (is this a joke?) text received at 9:54 and be there at 10:00. They said they left a delivery card, full of lies. No cards at all. 11:30 I log into the system, wow, the magical record has changed the attempted delivery time from 9:43 to 10:02. Parcelforce is forging their delivery record. Hahaha luckily I have printcreen and found the liar. Terrible service and ruin my day”
“Absolutely awful company, waited in all day for delivery which said eventually would be delivered between 18.10 and 19.10, I thought they were delivering late!! Turns out they finish at 6pm!! Tracking said was on industrial estate near us at 4pm, then tracking stayed at another property / road near us 5.40 onwards, next thing is updated tracking says parcel returned to depot , tried to deliver / left card !! LIARS !! In all day. Tried phoning depot x 3 times and cut off each time after 3 minutes!! Appalling company . I shall e mail the company who ordered from and advise them not to use them in future. Don’t hold out much hope getting through to depot tomorrow either as is a Saturday . Useless company”
“Don’t waste your time or energy with this lot. I’m only giving one star because you can’t give a score of zero.
We’re on holiday and needed to post items internationally. Got told the driver could bring printouts as we don’t have access to a printer but company was a complete joke from booking a parcel to be sent. Customer service via online was so unhelpful it took an hour for them to cut and paste responses we’d already read online.
They were supposed to pick parcel up between 3.30-5.30pm. They came at 1.47pm when no one was home and didn’t phone or email to advise. We only found out because we called the call centre at 5.20pm. Whenever we called the call centre or depot we were on hold for 15-20mins. When we got told they’d rebook a pick up they couldn’t advise us to when and wouldn’t call us to let us know but we had to keep checking the website. What kind of service is that?? Trying to cancel the booking was almost impossible . Unsurprising. Company’s probably run by ineptitude at best and a bunch of crooks at worst.”

“Very disappointed with this parcelforce services. Firstly, I paid for my parcel custom charges on 12/21/2018 to be released and delivered along with the next day arrival to my door step for 12/22/2018 so I can take my small item I bought for a Christmas present back home for my girlfriend. I paid an expensive 41.37 pounds and I received nothing. I was told over the phone (how I also paid for services at this number (0344 800 466) that hours for delivery were from 8am-2pm. I woke up at 6am and stayed until 2:30pm and left a note via mailbox because I had a appointment in the city centre before I left for heathrow airport at 7pm. I usually don't contact companies or write bad about them but I'm not asking for my money back I'm demanding getting a refund back for my purchase of the services I didn't receive along with my shipment being delivered when I arrive back on the 4th of January.”

Parcel attempt was made. I was in the home only to find a card through the door saying tried to deliver and left in safe place at side door (where there is also a doorbell). No parcel! Card has no parcel number or tracking number. After 40 minutes eventually get through and given a redirection number as parcel has been returned to the depot! No delivery at promised day (yesterday) and here I wait”
“Similar experience to others. Tracking says that they were unable to deliver and the parcel has been returned to the depot miles away. I was in all day, there was no attempted delivery and no card was left. When they genuinely attempt to deliver the parcels go to the local post office, so why return to the depot in this instance?”

“Parcel sat in the depot for 15 days without a delivery attempt when i rang to enquire about delivering it to a local post office the "lady" i was talking to hung up. Hands down one of the worst courier services i have ever come across.

“Trying to get a redelivery arranged with Parcelforce is a joke.
1) The driver attempted to deliver my package twice, but did not leave any messages that he had done so. So I had no idea there was even a delivery attempt to begin with. Parcelforce also did not contact me OR the package sender to let us know that the 2 deliveries failed. If I didn't check, the package would just be left sitting at the depot for months.
2) Because the driver left no delivery attempt message, I could not arrange the redelivery through the parcelforce website. I tried to do it over the phone but their automated voice recongition system is extremely annoying and doesn't work at all.
3) I finally managed to get in touch with the depot that is holding my package and I attempted to arrange a collection at my local post office. The London Southeast depot employee confirmed that the package will be available for collection at the Old Kent Road post office on Saturday. When I went to collect my package, the post office did not have it - and neither did the other 2 post offices nearby.
4) When I called the London Southeast depot again a couple days later, another employee said that the package was still at the depot. So it looks like nobody even TRIED to actually deliver my package to the post office. So basically the previous employee lied to me when he promised my package will be in the post office on Saturday. The employee on the phone ignores me when I complain about it. When I arrange another redelivery, she refuses to give me any sort of written proof that the redelivery is scheduled. So who knows, maybe they will "forget" about the redelivery again.
5) Another example of terrible customer service at the London Soitheast depot: I explicitly said that home deliveries during weekdays are very inconvenient for me and asked if weekend deliveries are available. Instead of explaining the weekend delivery options, which I would have been happy to pay extra for, The employee neglected to mention that Parcelforce even offers weekend delivery as an option. So thanks very much for wasting my time.
The package is schedules for redelivery today, but at this point I have no idea if it will show up or not. I guess with Parcelforce you just have to go with the flow and hope for the best. And if they make a mistake, don't expect them to admit it, or do anything to correct it.”

“I had to receive two parcels that were sent with Parcelforce and because we weren't at home they were supposed to leave us a note to inform us where are our parcels which they didn't. Also tried to call them but they haven't responded for more than 30 minutes. Worse company ever!”
“Just Awful, had so many problems with parcel force over the last year that it fills me with dread if I am sent anything through them... the latest is an xmas present for a relative thats now a 160mile round trip stuck at they're depot! the delivery driver couldnt even be arsed to fill any details on the failed delivery slip just left it blank no tracking number nothing!!!! have tried twice on they're website to redeliver to new address and still nothing... this is 3 months after going through hell after they're driver claimed to have delivered and got a signature which was obvs fake, took over 30 phone calls and a month to sort!!!!”

“No warning of when this parcel would arrive so I was not in for the attempted delivery. Clearly did not try to deliver my parcel as my neighbour was in all day and we also have a safe place to leave it which is clearly obvious and every other delivery company uses it no problem. There were options on the card left to deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or take to a local post office but instead my parcel was taken to a parcel force depot 40 miles away from my house (and 80 mile round trip!). Thanks very much for the huge inconvenience! Alternative is to pay £6 for another attempt at delivery which I’m not sure I would trust! Absolutely useless!”
