This seems to be the laziest courier company. I order online very often, and only for Parcelforce very often i need to go collect the parcel from a PO. It beats the purpose of home delivery. Just today, the delivery guys came dropped in a note without even ringing the bell - I was at home. When I called Customer Service and told them my mother was by the window and she saw someone approach the house but with no parcel and hence did not go to the door (thinking it was someone passing) the guy did not ring the bell, just dropped in the note quietly. I got an sms 10 mins later and rushed to the door. The CS lady refused to believe me, implying I am lying. She refused re-delivery, and when i got upset she cut the phone on me. I then complained to Wholefoods who were great, they found out about why he did not deliver the parcel and have made sure they redeliver. They did not deliver as he came when the food waste truck was in our lane, so could not bring the van in. The pkg is not very big or heavy and my lane is small, yet the guy walked to my house without the parcel to drop the note and thus did not even ring the bell. I wish wholefoods stops using them. Previous time despite instructions to leave with a neighbor I got a note to collect it, and they left it at the further PO. And at that time also refused re-delivery. Terrible service and even worse customer service.

Waited in all day for a delivery only to find a false report that a delivery was attempted at 4.59pm!! No delivery was attempted and there are 5 people present in the house at this time of the day! Waste of a payment for next day delivery

My experience with Parcelforce has been so bad I would never use them again. I booked a home collection as the parcel was heavy and large. This is the email I sent to them "Unfortunately the parcel was not collected. I had to take it to a Post Office and it was quite big and bulky which is why I paid for a collection. I waited in all day Monday, so on Tuesday morning I needed to go out. I rang Parcelforce Depot in Milton Keynes to see if it was actually going to be picked up. They could not reassure me that anyone was coming so advised me to take it to a Post Office! This is the second time I have used Parcelforce to collect a parcel from my home, and they did not turn up last time either! I didn't think I could be that unlucky again, so I gave Parcelforce the benefit of the doubt and booked on Friday for collection on Monday. The window is 9am to 5pm so very restricting. How can they let you book a collection when they have no intention of collecting! I don't think the Milton Keynes Depot drivers like coming to Dunstable, however what about all the other Parcelforce vans that collect from Post Offices? Surely one of those could have popped into my road and picked it up. Safe to say I dare not ever book a collection with Parcelforce again. I know it's not your fault. Rant over and I needed to get this off my chest and I think your managers should see what is going on, so please could you pass this message to those in charge." I had a reply to say I would be getting a response from the depot. This never came. I have previously had a bad experience with Parcelforce when they delivered a Parcel that was absolutely destroyed and after filling out umpteen forms and sending photos I was never refunded or compensated! Stay clear!

My parcel being taken back to post office. I am elderly and have to go at least a mile !! there was no need for this he knows that they leave parcels on back porch disgusting he didnt even tr? I was coming up the road and I tried to get his attention but he just banged on door and jumped into van no attempt at all totally unlike other delivery companies absolute rubbish

Do not use parcelforce they are useless... paid extra for next day delivery was told it would arrive between 9am-7pm item was returned to depot without even attempting delivery after phoning 3 times and speaking with 3 different people and told 3 different things they said I would get a call back which never happened... still waiting for my item...

Over night order of product was supposed to be here Thursday vital for out business for Saturday, the after nothing turning up Parcelforce was contacted Thursday, with a promise of contact contacted again today still no contact, all joking aside my business in now lost £2000 in lost wages and lost orders

This is really bad.. 10 days waiting for my parcel to arrive, and when I tracked it I found that there were 3 attempts to deliver it! How can you expect to find a working person who lives alone in his apartment on a working day, or even on a weekend! You should have delivered it to any nearby post office (which I live literally 100 yards from it) as you few times do, and let me know about it with an email or a card, especially when my parcel is small and worth just £30. It is not a rocket science! Really disappointing.

Terrible service, items damaged and a claims procedure that is cloak and dagger and treats the customer with suspicion from the second the claim has been made. Avoid avoid avoid.

I m very very disappointed in the negative response I have received so far , on 24 /01/2019 I paid the amount of £ 82.38 for parcel globalpriority EE 591 640 781 GB . Sadly my parcel was returned to me and sign for . I have answered all questions asked of me , I have retained all receipts and evidence of my payment . I cannot understand way I have not had my money returned . If there is a reason please let me know so that I can do something about it , your assistance would be much appreciated , Venancio Fernandes

The worst service I have absolutely ever experienced. I was not home the first time they attempted to deliver my package, next day they did no redeliver even though they said they would. Then I spend 20min on the phone just to arrange a new delivery for next day, again, never showed up. Then I called again, they admitted their mistake, promised it would be delivered the next day, NOT DELIVERED AGAIN. The next day they did not even try to deliver it, I had to go get the package myself. Absolutely terrible service, needless to say half of my package which was fod became a waste.

Got text in the morning alerting me to delivery between 10am and 11am, received another text at 10.30am saying had tried to deliver parcel, and left a card. I was sitting outside my door. Nobody knocked or came near my door, and there was no card left. So why send a text saying delivery had been attempted, when it very obviously had not been.

I would seriously not recommend anyone to use this service previous three deliveries I have had confirmation the item has been delivered I have not received the item it has come out on another delivery I have had one item that disappeared within the Sorting Office and was found on a Shelf presumably ready to go home with someone else the latest item I paid over £100 for to include next day delivery and I was stood on my drive outside my house at the time that Parcelforce think they tried to deliver so I am fully aware they did not I later found a card with no time on it put through my door very quietly saying it would be delivered the next working day which is Tuesday next week the automated system has told me that they will not deliver it Tuesday but it will now be Wednesday next week this service is disgraceful and getting worse rapidly

Firstly they overcharged me(£89) for my package coming from the USA and then they did not deliver the item on time having the excuse that the address does not include the company name even I mentioned Ground floor reception in the building in my address detail so postman did not need company name he could just deliver the package to ground floor reception,, the postman name was CHRIS who was the regular postman for our building and he knew me from my name but he did not bother to come to my building to deliver the package and he also lied about leaving card at the reception, Parcelforce even forgot to post my package to the next day having the same excuse even I gave them the address, their customer service is rubbish have no idea what they are talking about, they don't deserve even one star if I could i give them no star at all, very Disappointed

I paid for Express48 in order for it to reach another company in time for one of their employees to complete leaflet distribution for us. It was over 72hours before it arrived. Parcelforce tried to blame the Post Office for not advising them of the parcel being there - even though they should pick up parcels daily. Because the parcel arrived late we lost the shift with the other company and had to pay over £100 for a service we did not use! They issues a measly 25% refund (£3) because these are their T&Cs for late delivery. The least they could have done was refund the full payment for postage (£13.14). Do not use them if you are in any rush for anything to arrive. Also check their T&Cs before posting anything as if there is a problem all they do is hide behind them! Absolutely useless company!

Eventually received a parcel after waiting in for three days and being told it would be delivered each day. Had to run down the road to catch the driver after he had passed our house. The driver's English was very poor and he had difficulty reading the address. Really poor service! Parcelforce never got back to me after I phoned in my complaint

They charge me £42.00 just because the cm's were not exact which is fine but only problem the item they take 365 days anyway lol

used parcelforce 48 hour delivery it took 5 days said they could not find address strange no one else has a problem finding it
