“Parcel from Netherlands not delivered to correct address. Parcelforce refusing to even attempt to work out where they took it. Can't or won't provide evidence of delivery and are just washing their hands of their error. Won't use again.”

“The main post office in Bedford where our parcel was collected from is still somewhere in 90s and early 2000s.
There are no machines to aid and speed up customers posting. There are 6 counters of which 3 receive customers for parcel dropping/posting purposes.
The queue is always long and painfully slowly moving.
Witnessed a Parcelforce/Royal Mail staff member who picks up the parcels from the location. The gentleman was visually over 60 years and the poor man carries on a regular basis 3-4 boxes at once and BY HAND (that's 17-18 lb ...). There is not even a trolley provided for their staff health and greater efficiency unlike other better serviced Post Offices. Ridiculous and pathetic at the same time.
Parcelforce lost our high value International Global Priority fully insured parcel to Guernsey right away. After collection it went missing and after multiple and daily contacting of their export, customer service and claim teams altogether, this was not resolved.
The only other tracking event was from Royal Mail's Northampton Central Delivery Office, which is extremely odd, since all Parcelforce orders are processed by the nearest Milton Keynes Parcelforce depot as the two companies, although related operate separately. There onwards it was indefinitely lost.
And so right at the peak of Christmas, when our international customer expected their order they received one big, giant Disappointment instead.
PLEASE DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE for the sake of your company's reputation and good image to your customers.

“Parcel Force is famous for incompetent and unreliable around this area. I am expecting a very important parcel and need it urgently. They texted be the slot the parcel will be delivered. I therefore sat right in the reception for two hours expecting the driver to come. The driver never turned up and no note was left whereas the SMS from them states that a note was left notifying me what to do next. Their incompetency costs their customers and themselves. Absolutely ridiculous.”
“Appalling service. There is no number to call, only customer service via email. When I tracked my parcel I could see it was in transit but there had been no update for over 48 hours. When I queried this over email, they claimed to not have any record of the parcel being collected at all. They insisted on a proof of collection document which was never given to me by the driver. Luckily by parcel was delivered to me but parcel force are still emailing me to say there is nothing they can do for me without a POC receipt. Absolutely ridiculous that they do not know where my parcel is, have no information on it when they could at least contact the driver that was on shift that day and time to query with him. DO NOT USE THEM. UNHELPFUL AND LOST TRACKING OF MY ITEM.”
“that customs duty was payable, and that I would receive a letter telling me the amount and giving the reference. The letter did not arrive. In view of the time of year, I assumed that they were busy, and tried, using their amazing "you'll never speak to a human being" phone system, which cuts off if the caller doesn't choose one of their selection of multiple choice alternatives, none of which were appropriate. I tried the internet with the same result.
I contacted their complaints department in December, after a great many fruitless attempts to contact Parcelforce, Carlisle. I had a response, two days letter, saying that , as I had not paid the Customs duty, the parcel had been returned to America.
I pointed out that the mistake was theirs, not mine, and asked if the package could be returned to the depot, but apparently it was too late, as it had already left the country.
Luckily, as sit was a surprise, the intended recipient won't be disappointed, but I'm absolutely furious. i wish I had read these comments earlier, and I would have wasted no time contacting them, instead of trying to be reasonable.
I'm sorry that ther isn't a 0 star option on this link, as I would certainly have used it. The service and indifference is absolutely shocking.
I would love t0 add a photo or video, but unfortunately as the nearest the parcel came to me was Carlisle, that's a practical impossibility.

“We sent our Daughter her Xmas presents up using Parcelforce, we thought it will be fine, I should of read the genuine reviews and used another delivery company. The parcel was delivered to a completely different address than on the well written label. The only thing the Driver got right was the City....WHAT A TOTAL DISASTER THIS COMPANY IS.The person who took the parcel in didn't say to the visually impaired driver, it wasn't the right address, or Postcode. We got a picture of the house number, the doorway, and the Man's feet who had accepted the parcel. After a few days of using Google Earth and trying to locate the front door and unusual tiles just inside the door, my daughter went on social media and asked her neighbourhood if anyone recognised the door and tiles.... Success, one person recognised the door and tiles as a place he lived in a while back. It was a house 4 Streets away,totally wrong address and post code. She went around and collected it.It would of been a nice gesture if the house owner who had taken the parcel in, had tried to contact my daughter to tell her he had her parcel, to be generous to him perhaps he was too busy. We mustn't think that he intended to keep the parcel must we!! I just know if It was me. I'd of taken it to the proper address, or not taken it in at all on seeing it was the wrong address. We are DISGUSTED with this disgraceful service. We join the many many others in giving a ultra poor review. If it wasn't for social media and a good person who recognised the house, My daughters Xmas presents would of been enjoyed by someone else. Shame on you Parcelforce. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!”
“Shocking service my parcel delivered to wrong address was supposed to be guaranteed delivery contacted them received a different account of whereabouts of parcel they now saying interviewed driver and he maintains he delivered to correct address and nothing more they can do about it my parcel still missing I would not recommend using their services its appalling”

“Couldn't track the parcels, the website repeatedly said it didn't recognise the tracking numbers, when parcels arrived at destination there were a split all across the box. I paid £26 for that delivery for 10kg box and £46 in total for both parcels on a two day delivery and paying that amount of postage I expect to be able to track the parcels and the parcels to be looked after and not arrive at the destination with a gaping hole down the side of the box, I will not be using parcelforce again!”

“Dont even deserve one star. This company repeatedly pretends to attempt deliveries. Simply incapable of doing their job as a company. I have never had a delivery go smoothly when using this comapny and have lost hundreds of pounds taking days off to wait for parcels when no attempt was even made to deliver them. Will avoid as far as possible ever ordering anything that delivers through parcelforce in the future.”
