Took them 5 days to get from Essex to the wrong "delivery depot", I could have gotten it the same day had I picked it up myself. Terrible service, do not recommend.

I ordered motor spares from Berlin which took 3 working days to arrive in manchester and it took Parcel force 8 days to deliver 15 miles on the other side of mancheser. I asked to pick up my own parcel and was told no it had to be delivered. Come on Parcel force get a grip !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parcel is overdue and no information as to where it is, Spares to get vehicle through its mot and 2 days late!!!

Another abysmal experience where a "next day" delivery parcel was not received the next day (as promised) and not the day after either. No, it is even today, i.e. two days after the promised delivery day, still sitting in the depot and there isn't a care in the world to contact customers or give any update. In actual fact, I don't even have a clue if a delivery would happen tomorrow as the status seems to be frozen on "in delivery depot" for the second day. This has to be easily the worst courier company in the country if not in the world. Companies using parcelforce to ship their merchandise should be well aware that this is the most inefficient and lousy delivery company around with no service at all. Tracking no. QW7896383

My parcel didn't arrive to China, and the tracking shows that it's stuck in the International Hub (Sorted for export) for over 3 months now!! So it didn't even leave the UK since September. I called the service-team twice, and had to wait around an hour on the phone. Result: No info regarding my parcel, and zero outcome. They promised to call me back, but even that didn't happen. I'm afraid that my parcel might be lost.

PARCELFARCE.... Constant stream of late delivered parcels to our customers. All paid for on a 24HR service. One customer still waiting 10 days after item dispatched for delivery. Managed to speak to customer services who told me that due to 'an unexpected large volume of parcels' (Black friday, cyber Monday.... Christmas.....all of which, I'm sure happens around the same time every year..??) they were struggling to deliver on time. Complete and utter incompetence, steer well clear!!

Absolutely useless! Broken promises, incompetent staff and no accountability. No way of complaining to the management team.... So depressed!

This would be 0. Paid £15 for 24 hour xpress on 9th December. 3 calls to customer service... each one saying will be delivered next day. It is now 14th December!!! You are advertising next day delivery to Europe what a joke you can't even provide a service to Uk. Worst experience ever!!

3rd time i have sent a parcel to a customer and 3rd time they have not recieved it but shown on tracker as delivered or failed. No cards left. No customer service, the call staff do their best but the management avoid you like the plague. Raising complaints dont help just ignored. Every other parcel i have sent uk wide this week have all been delivered in the correct time frame. Appalling service, disgusting lack of care from management. Someone needs to take this in hand.

The reading depot is so poor its hard… The reading depot is so poor its hard to put into words They just lie to you , they don't deliver 2 days on the trot, despite promises , the manager is a total useless xxx who won't call u back and you're just fobbed off in the call centre, make you wait in for 2 whole days and still no delivery. So that's 3 days now my parcel is in Reading depot and been out for delivery for 2 whole days and they still cant deliver it despite me living about 10 minutes away.These xxxxs are not couriers they're Clowns Edit 13.12 Still no contact, its been out for delivery for 3 consecutive days now , tracking said delivery between 9-10 this morning, 1.30pm still not arrived so thats the 3rd day, spoke to call centre was told reading depot manawanker was going to call me, yeah guess what

Awful. Should have received a parcel weeks ago. Got in touch today because they said it would go out today and it hasn't. They put it on the van this morning, then took it off because of too many parcels. Now it's apparently my issue to deal with that they can't count. Also rude people on the phone. I said I called at 9.45am and have been waiting hours for a call-back, the woman said "No you didn't, you called at 10:15, it says in my system". I WAS WAITING IN YOUR RIDICULOUS CALL QUEUE SINCE 9:45!!! Avoid at all costs

Just horrible service i was sent Perishable goods with their 24hr service but its been 5days now and the goods have a 48hr shelf life.by the time i recieve them they will be rotten. Still no delivery update the parcel has been stuck at their depot and not moving. How do you make customers pay for 24hr service and fail to deliver with not just 1 day but 5 whole days? I would think you would care more about perishables and how you store and ship them. 24hrs really = More than 5days plus no customer support. Horrible shipping service i wish companies and rerailers would avoid using this it's a big let down.

This is a follow up review to my scathing previous comments. I managed to find a really helpful customer service person, (after a long wait). She arranged a post office pick up which I was happy to do and an hour later the parcel was delivered to the door. Very bizarre service but there you go. I think they need to sort themselves out quite frankly.
