“I got ripped off after i trusted them with my money and was unable to get a refund of my money until i found the chance of going through the process of madacovi .co and i got all my money back with the help of madacovi. c o”
“Delivered on named day BUT please can you give realistic delivery times. Iβm sick of waiting in from 8 until 12 for it come pm. One delivery man said it was an impossible time as he didnβt even start until 1pm”
“Neil Graham in the Belfast Depot was a star in advising and arranging shipment for a suitcase to Spain. Don't book online as it's a nightmare and doesn't work. I spent numerous hours trying to sort out a booking when no labels were sent, no shipping number etc so couldn't be tracked. Went down into the local depot and Neil had everything sorted in no time. Had to cancel the online order - not easy as they couldn't find the booking number as they hadn't issued one! Note express next day delivery doesn't mean next day, in my case it was the day after - Neil did advise this.”
“Given that, like so many, my parcel was sent to the wrong depot initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find it arrived the day after arriving at the correct hub.
Thanks to Steve the driver from the Bodmin depot who helped me carry the large parcel indoors.”
“Your Delivery system is wonderful Your Tracking system is terrible.
I was sending a parcel to an elderly relative for her birthday. I have been trying to track it to make sure it got there. The system was not updated often enough to be accurate. When it was delivered all I got was that it had been delivered to a neighbour at number 2. Number 2 where? It is an isolated community the driver may know where number 2 is, as a sender I do not. The address does not have a road name. Please think of the tracking aspect and the sender more.”
“My new driver to SW2, Jeff was a complete surprise. I was 10 minutes before go out to Post office with parcel after two days no show for pick up. He was very nice, treated parcel with respect and all apologies for mix up and would speed parcel on it's way to destination.”
“After asking parcel force to deliver to the nearest post office because they are incapable of delivering to my home I am told by the automated service (Cannot speak to anyone) it will take 4 days. This company is a joke.”
“Do not use this company. Claimed to have tried to deliver (we were in) and left a card ( no card). Finding where your parcel is now is impossible. Use DPD they offer a modern delivery service.”
“Canβt fault the service from Parcelforce employees who all tried their best, were helpful, friendly and above all else showed common sense when dealing with a package that, through no fault of theirs, went astray. Parcel left Belfast on 11th Dec on route to south of England. Parcel duly arrived and first attempt at delivery was 13th. My son, who was the recipient of parcel, then contacted Parecelforce to ask for it to be redirected to his local post office. Parcelforce tracking said it was delivered and signed for by a post office employee on 14th. This is when things went wrong and for whatever reason, as it later transpired, the package ended up in Royal Mail system. From 16th to 19th my son went to said post office to collect package. Post office couldnβt find it. We contacted customer services at Parcelforce who were so helpful. Gave my son all the details he needed and even offered to send someone to the post office. Parcelforce must have contacted the post office as the next time my son went there his name was at least recognised. Anyway, on 20th when panic was setting in, we returned to pareclforce tracking to see that parcel had arrived back in Belfast at 8pm on 19th. I then, on the advice of a post office counters worker, contacted customer services at the Belfast depot. Again, professional employee listen to my query, asked me to wait while she double checked something, and when she came back she was able to tell me that parcel had got in to royal mail system and had been returned to them but not to panic and the package was already on its way back to the post Office requested by my son and should be there by 23rd Dec. To all our surprise, and immense relief, package was delivered to my son at 10am on 21st. The delivery driver had used common sense and thought that heβd try the address before taking it to the post office.”
“After sending my parcel to UK from NZ I saw the reviews on Parcel Force - most of which were negative. Long delays, charges etc. Needless to say it was worrying. I had sent a parcel and it had arrived within 2 days from pickup in NZ to UK. It then spent 6 days in Coventry.
Whilst we are all quick to respond to negative situations it is also important to respond when there is a positive outcome. This was my first experience with Parcel Force and I was quite impressed with their response once I had contacted them with my concerns.
I decided to email Parcel Force on NZ Sunday evening. I also called their Customer Service when they opened. The lady was polite and explained it could sit up to 3 weeks in Coventry. Shortly after calling them, a response to my email arrived which was prompt. It was a polite email apologising for the concern I had and informing me my parcel was through customs and on it's way to a local depot. Tuesday morning the parcel was delivered. Albeit 1 broken item and one slightly squashed box (didn't damage item inside) which could have been damaged at any point between NZ and UK.
Well done Parcel Force.”
“always found them spot on ,every company insisted i put my bike in a box but parcelforce told me to shrink wrap it and it will be fine as i told them the seller was unable to box it .picked up and dropped of ,no hassle ,very happy.”
“I bought a breakfast bar table and 2 stools from eBay. Used parcel force to collect from scarborough, Yorkshire and deliver to Devon. Well done parcel force. Excellent service and value for money amazing. +++”
