“Bought a Gama hairdryer (over £200) which lasted only a couple of months.
Gama have since stopped selling the grey dryer as they are faulty and if you have purchased from elsewhere they replace them with the black one.
Parfum Dreams have had my dryer for 3 weeks and still can not state when it will be returned or replaced or refund.
Terrible customer service, definitely shop elsewhere.”

Received notification that my delivery would be delayed. Then started reading the reviews and got a little worried. However, a couple of days late, but received my order and it was perfect, securely packaged and at a good price. I will definitely order from them again.”

“Ordered perfume for my daughter for her birthday. Ordered it on the 5th Aug and they said it would be delivered by the 11th. (My daughters birthday is the 12th).
No sign of perfume by 11th so I rang the 1800 number. Spoke to a pleasant lady who told me that the perfume wasn't in stock despite been told it was & that it could take another 10 days to receive it. All this time I was still led to believe that the perfume was on its way!!!!

I ordered items, and payment left my bank account. After enquiring about my order, was told they had NOT received payment.
The contact telephone number they give is NOT viable.
After numerous emails, proving payment had been taken by them, eventually received my order after 2 months.
My advice is, DO NOT ORDER from this company, but if you have already ordered, although it is frustrating, keep up the correspondence until you succeed.
I consider that I’ve been very lucky to have eventually received my order, but WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

“Order placed on 13th December not received by 22nd December and when phoned reason giving is due to border closures and Coronavirus. This item should have been shipped long before border closure. No notification or communication received from them - shocking customer service. Asked to speak to a Manager was told none available”
