“Waited weeks for a moisturiser. I then sent an email weeks after order placed asking where my product is and I receive a response on the same day informing me that my item has been dispatched. So you may need to remind this company to ship the goods you ordered.
Again, weeks after I have only just received a response into why I waited so long.

Ordered perfume from "Yves Saint Laurent - L'Homme" via their website. Bottle of 100 ML €90.- (in real stores around €120.-)
The price is not noticeably lower at first glance, so I took the chance to purchase the perfume from Parfumdreams. It was sent from Germany (took a while) to the Netherlands.
Afterwards, after testing the scent, it turns out that this is a very cheap imitation and is really not a perfume. I also compared it with my original and I smell a clear difference. The one from Parfumdreams is also very watery and smells like nothing, many interior sprays costing a few euros smell even stronger. I also see a difference in the design/color gradient of the bottle.
I read many similar experiences with this company on the internet. As their company name says: Perfum"dreams". It like a dream, too good to be true.”
“I have never received my order from this company I have emailed many times a couple they have replied which are in German so I cannot read them. I have left many messages no reply. They sent a scam Royal Mail message asking to pay a small amount. I went to Royal Mail to check and they said they have never received this parcel. “I ordered some YSL Libre perfume for which the money was deducted from my account in early July. I received an empty box with 2 cheap samples inside, packaging and no perfume. The label was intact, so it had clearly been opened from the underside if indeed the perfume was ever in there from the onset and reading all of your reviews I have grave doubts. I have sent photographic evidence as requested by Parfum Dreams and Royal Mail said they would have to lodge a claim with them. I can't help wondering is all this just a ploy to extract money from people. I've just sent them another email today because they'd apparently passed it over to the department that dealt with this type of thing, but still no response.
