“First they didn’t have product in stock when charging money. Second the delivery takes ages I though will never arrive. At third bottle of shampoo was broken inside the parcel because had no wrapping at all. And last one of 5 gaur masks was missing. Terrible service. Avoid this website. It is a lottery what will you get and when will you get”

“It is a scum company. Number doesn't exist and after 4 emails I had no reply. I ordered a perfume on the 13th November and today the 5th December I haven’t received it yet nor I have heard back from them. As far as I know this company does not exist.

“I ordered perfume on 13/11 and because the prices were good I placed a further order a few days later. The second order arrived within days, well packed and in perfect condition. I then received a Tracking number from DHL which showed half of my address was missing and therefore they were unable to deliver. I then sent 3 emails to parfumdreams customer services but as I received no reply I rang the hotline who gave me another number to ring which turned out to be DHL. The number rang out unanswered and eventually cut off. My daughter then spoke to the parfumdreams hotline and was told I would get a refund once they received the item back and the refund would be with me in “about 2 weeks”. I will be very surprised if I do receive the refund having read other reviews.”
“I think i made a mistake ordering with Parfumdreams after not receiving my goods and reading the reviews on here which are similar to the Issues I am getting. Basically DHL are reporting the address is in error, address is correct but the Postcode has one digit missing. i find this strange as i placed the order through Paypal where the address is automatically generated from your account so alarm bells starting to ring. Message sent to seller through Paypal and will start a claim to get my money back hopefully through buyer protection. Do not order from this Company!!!!”

I placed an order on 10th November and paid straight away via PayPal.

I received a message from parfumdreams on the 11th November to say they had cancelled my order as payment hadn’t gone through and they have me their bank details and said if I pay via their bank they will send my order.
I checked my PayPal and found the payment had gone through so I messaged them back and got another reply saying my order is cancelled.
I waited until today 18th November and I emailed them once again saying... if you are not going to send the item I ordered can you please refund my payment.
I got an almost instant reply again stating my order had been cancelled, then another one a few minutes later to say they would not be refunding me because I had cancelled.
Their customer service is shocking and I have now had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and if you do choose to use them pay by PayPal so you can claim your money back when parfumdreams refuses to help.”

“I ordered Lancome 100ml La Vie est Belle 3 weeks ago, at the amazing price of £55- probably upto £40 less than on the High St. I did not have to pay until mid October, so haven't minded waiting a couple of weeks for it to arrive. It has come this morning-from Germany, and is fabulous. I'd definitely use them again.”

“Do not under no circumstances order anything from this company, they are fake!! Apparently they say the issue is with DHL! I was told I would get a refund after 3 weeks, this still isn't the case. The trading act states that a full refund should be given if the parcel doesn't arrive, not to blame the courier service. I've never had any issues with other on-line services! Please don't read the 'good' comments, I think they are fake too!! I've contacted DHL complaints department, still waiting on a response. I'm interested to see whether they even have a note of my parcel ever arriving in the UK unless they are in with the scam as well!!! I will reporting this to the national consumer complaints department where they can check up on fraudsters like these.”
