Got to airport in middle of storm. ANPR failed to recognise my car registration. Pressed button, and while reading instructions as to what to do next, ticket blew away. On return ANPR once again failed to recognise my car. Had an awful job to locate the assistance button which is minute and can hardly be seen. Spoke to operator who then let me out.

We dropped our car off early telephoned ahead and waited 20 minutes to get the car collected. It was busy these things happened however staff at the pick up point were not interested in talking to us and were not helpful at all, we had to call the office to get an update. On the way back waited 15 minutes for the car to arrive, again staff at the pick up area not at all interested in talking to us.

All was mostly fine except the Registration recognition did not work. However I was able to call up from the machine & you issued the ticket very quickly. There were very few spaces available & in bad weather it meant a longer walk to the terminal. There were no trolleys available. I couldn't see a trolley station but there should be one available, also in order to park the trolley we used on our return to collect the car.

Hi when your new office is finished it would be so much easier if you could put automatic doors on as it is a struggle to try and open the door with your cases in tow. Also why can't your drivers be told they must assist with loading and unloading of luggage as they do in every other country that we have visited, why should the service be poorer in England than anywhere else, a large number of your passengers are elderly and I have seen a very elderly couple probably late 80s early 90s struggling to lift their cases on to the bus and then both of them together to lift a suitcase onto the rack while your driver a perfectly fit young man sat and watched them, and to the driver's shame a young male passenger jumped up to help and still no movement from your driver

on exit the camera did not recognise the registration which caused a delay otherwise fine

if you had not mislaid the keys to my car on my return the score would have Been higher P.S will be parking withyou again in Nov.

There were problems with the site accepting my bank card which were sorted on the 3rd attempt.

arrived 6 am, number plate not recognized by machine, pressed button for assistance waited 8 minutes no answer, cars queuing behind me. Had to press for a ticket even though i had prepaid. Just about the worst service i can imagine..

i put in wrong number plate on my booking, had to make a few calls to get it rightified. was not a very good service, very disappointed.

Parking overall was fine but at both entrances to the airport the machines did not recognise the number plates - person in the other lane & myself had to press for help. However this is rare & wouldn't put me off using the car park again.

I got lost getting to the car park and then the shuttle bus was overloaded, few people had to stand during the transfer. Overall feedback is good as the service was quite quick and good but the location is a disadvantage. I would consider to use it again depending on the price.

Dropping off was fine, on return the mini bus was late, it was also so full two of us had to stand on the journey back. On collecting the keys the staff were of hand and the directions to get the car were - by the hedge. The car was tucked away and I could not get out, fortunately the owners of the adjacent car arrived letting me out, good planning or good luck? Will not use again.

When we arrived at car park there wasn't any spaces left except disabled spaces. When pressing the buzzer in the office for help there was no attendant even though I could hear him speaking in his native language (I think Nigerain) on his mobile phone without a care that a customer was waiting. When he did attend it was apparently my fault that there was no spaces as I had arrived at 10am after the rush. This amused me as I had booked my space two days in advance to avoid such a problem and had only booked it from 10am so I was on time not late. What is the need to book in advance if your not going to get a space. After much complaining and after seeing my wife struggling with a baby the attendant decided to move a cone from an empty space for me to park. So what are this empty spaces with cones reserved for? VIPs??? Poor service will not use again.

On exiting there was no operative in the pay station which was fine. I exited using the instructions and it took me 15minutes to leave the car park as the person on the end of the intercom couldn't find my booking yet a copy was in my hand. A better way of exiting or having card validated would be beneficial.

Unfortunately due to a family illness we could not park on our allotted day, and then when I telephoned to ask if we could arrive a week later (we had paid for fifteen days) I was told NO! We would have been registered as a NO SHOW and our booking cancelled. However, we had paid for two weeks and would at least liked to have had the opportunity to take up one of those weeks.

Got confused with the car park as I expected to see BCP written up somewhere. You should make it clear when booking there is no name and it is not in Percival Way.

Outbound service was acceptable as the flight time was quiet. However the inbound service left much to be desired. There was a long wait for the bus to arrive at the terminal and no attempt was made to control the boarding which was a free-for-all. Although the bus was declared full & passengers were left at the terminal, numerous additional people were collected on the round trip & allowed to enter the bus from front & rear doors, preventing returning passengers from exiting the bus. The driver appeared to find this amusing. On the whole, the return journey was a shambles & not an experience I intend to repeat.
