“I ordered a cuisinart wok, and was afraid at first that the glass lid would be damaged in the mail, but I loved the pan too much and ordered it anyways. I was amazed at how well the product was packaged and shielded from any damage, it was also great to get minute by minute alerts where my package was. The delivery was expedited within a couple days and I was so grateful the delivery was free. Everything from the price to the quality of the product has made me very satisfied with my purchase with Parker Gwen.”

“Throw blankets smelled terrible and even after washing had to toss one out. Many pulls in both blankets out of package. Only writing this review because I've received an obnoxious amount of emails prompting me to do so.”

“Parker Gwen's customer support is exceptional! I had never ordered from them before so was a little nervous, but the item arrived when promised and well packed. I had ordered a pair of speakers to replace two of four that I already had that were defective. Right after receiving the new speakers, another of my old ones went bad. I had tried to reach the manufacturer before with no luck. I turned to Parker Gwen for help. I either needed the old ones repaired, or would need to return the new ones for credit. To my surprise, I heard back from Parker Gwen immediately and they let me know that they had contacts with the manufacturer, but if that doesn't work they would gladly take back the ones I had purchased. Bottom line, they reached the manufacturer who is repairing all of my old speakers at no cost to me. The PG rep has stayed in touch with me both by e-mail and phone through the whole process. Let's see you get that kind of support from other large online companies. This is the service that will keep me coming back!”

“Bought a Polk Soundbar from Parker Gwen, the first failed after a week but the customer service from this company was outstanding. They quickly shipped out a replacement within 2 days and I was back in action. Glad I found this online retailer, will be back for more!”

“I had a wonderful experience shopping with Parker Gwen. I was given a personal shopper to assist me and was supplied with design ideas customized for my home. I bought two matching chairs that are absolutely beautiful in an area of my home I would have never thought of adding a reading nook.
