Great Products. Life-changing for sure. Highly recommend it to ladies with menopausal issues. Will continue with the products.

I’ve been a long-time user and the last 2 bottles have seemed a different formulary…. Not a nice creamy delivery from bottle itself. Seems sticky or thick, like forcing the pump more. Something really different than the original creams

Hi - thank you for the feedback - we will reach out to you separately. We have still the same formula we have been using all along with no changes. The cold weather can make a difference as the cream does get more solid in cold weather. The key is getting the cream to room temperature and shaking it to integrate the ingredients. We have looked into offering priority shipping in winter but that wasn't a popular option and any storm can slow the whole shipping supply chain. We do keep back stocks of all our lot numbers and compare them when new batches come in to make sure there is consistency across all batches...so far everything pumps the same. They bottles are stored in our facility where we keep the temperature at a balmy 70F.

I don't want to sound like a paid employee but OMG!!!!! If I could give this 20 stars I would. I have tried absolutely everything for dryness post menopause and chemotherapy. It's been almost 10 years since I had normal relations with my husband. I tried prescription creams and even had a 2,400 procedure that failed. I had all but given up but is desperation did one last round of research and found this product. I used it regularly for about 2-3 months and all I can say is WOW. NO PAIN. The first time in all these years. I feel like I just did it for the first time lol!! My husband doesn't even have to beg!!! THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE!!!!!!!

I honestly didn't think anyone else had the 'tearing' issuel. My ob gyn was stumped. So i read about your cream and decided to try it. It's been about a week and I can tell you in days I felt 100 percent better. I do however, have two questions, 1) I feel a bit bloated since i have been using the peach creme and I find myself wanting to eat constantly, is this a side effect? 2) I am having the same symptoms on the other 'private' part down there can the peach creme help ?

Hi there - so glad that Silky Peach Cream is making a difference for you. So, second question first - yes, the estriol in the cream works to help repair and maintain the integrity of the skin tissue...it helps the skin membranes maintain their strength and suppleness. So, yes, we designed the cream to help with the vulva and vagina skin but it will help any skin. Estrogen is important for building collagen, and as we are all finding out, collagen starts to disappear not just from the skin on our arms, hands, face, it also disappears from our lady bits. Applying the estriol cream will help that skin rebuild some plumpness. So, the bloating. Every woman has a different relationship with estrogen. Estrogen is the hormone that makes cells grow...especially the uterine lining. If a woman is particularly responsive to estrogen, adding back in the estriol - even a small amount can "wake up" those cells in the uterus and stimulate a little growth, which could be the root cause of the bloating feeling. The amount of estriol in the cream is not anywhere near the levels of estradiol made when we were cycling so the cream won't create periods again! What you might want to do is give it a couple of weeks to see if your body adjusts to have estrogen and settles down. The other strategy that many of our ladies use is to add a little progesterone. Progesterone is the natural balancer to estrogen - the other side of the hormone teeter totter. Just a little bit every day or every other day can help. We formulated the Vibrant Third Progesterone cream for post menopausal women. In addition to 25mg of progesterone it has a range of other ingredients known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. So that's there as an option. Hope this info helps, we have a ton of other info on our blog for your reading pleasure: https://www.parlor-games.com/blog.html

While I liked the product, I too have problems with the service. They happily tell you 'no problem, cancel anytime' which I did Nov 23. Then they bill me again a 6 weeks later. I have an unopened one and some left and do not need it.Also it is very hard to contact them or find the 'end subscription' page. It detracts vastly from their product to encounter such difficulties.

Hello Rhiannon Thank you for letting us know we missed the mark on your expectations. I did check your account and see that you had actually set up two subscriptions and only cancelled one. This means that the second subscription order shipped on time. I also see that we emailed you about this and were also able to stop the order and refund for you. Our reminder emails always have a link for you to cancel and we have a contact us link on the website. You can also reply to ANY of our emails and they come into my inbox. Take good care.

I was skeptical about the silky peach cream as I have tried others to no use. I love it! Even the bottle is pretty and it feels luxurious to me. It's become part of something I do just for me :) I am 8 years post pelvic radiation and OBGYN's were of no help for the symptoms I was experiencing. The women who started this company understand the issues we face in menopause and created a wonderful product! I subscribed! Thank you so much!

They sent me my products. To be honest I haven’t been consistent enough to judge their effectiveness. Im just starting to be consistent so I will weigh in later. I ordered one time only. But found a charge on my debit card. As if I was a subscriber. Watch out people! This months product is missing in the mail. I had moved. I don’t know how to contact them to correct this. Please email me at Dmchodge1973@gmail.com thank you I hope you read your reviews

Hi Deborah - it sounds like there are several things going on here. I checked your first order and it shows you ordered the Sample size at the subscription price of $12. If you had ordered a one time bottle that price would have been $20. We do have a clear statement on the order page giving you the choice between the two. When it is time for us to ship your subscription bottle we send you a reminder email 5 days before. I checked our logs and that email shows as delivered, perhaps that went to your spam folder or you didn't see it. The next issue is us not knowing you had moved before that order was processed. We strive hard to be accessible. You can reply to any of our emails, you can contact us through the website, you can reach us through FB and we have a customer service number. These are the methods our customers use successfully to reach us. We are VERY responsive - we just need to know that you need help. The other way you can make changes on your account is to set up access to your account. You can then log in, change the date of a shipment, change your address, change the card on file, or submit a cancellation. I do see that you did successfully contact us and that the Shipping Department was able to pull the order before it shipped to your old address and refund that charge. I am glad we were able to resolve this for you. Take care.

Absolutely the very best customer service I have ever received online! I held back a star because I haven’t got to try my cream since it caused an issue with my body. They told me what to do, refunded my money and even gave me advice on where else I might find relief!!! Who does that?? I hope it works because I love this customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am liking this snd actually feel like there is a change. What I didn’t like was I only bought one. I didn’t set this as a subscription as I have to do this slow as I did have cancer. I found that money was taken out of my account for a 2nd one. I have tried to get a hold of anyone but no one has answered my email that I sent days ago. I would have rated it a 5 but I’m still not happy.

This is going to be redundant...at 55 with a partial hysterectomy at age 33. The past 4 years have been horrible! Every single menopause symptom listed in the books. I had them ALL! Bloody noses, acne, weight gain, mood swings, hair, skin, nails, HOT FLASHES and yep, ALL the issues downstairs. Dr. route left me worse than when I went in. Tried other "natural creams/balms" a ton of supplements. I did find one that actually worked for the hot flashes and moodiness Menopause 731. The ONLY product that has worked for my dryness, painful sex, itchy, razorblade stabbing, stinging pain while urinating is SILKY PEACH CREAM. It started working for me in less than 24 hours! The stabbing pain, the itch, the excruciating pain from the toilet paper and just a touch from my husband is no longer sending me into oblivion! AMAZING!! Worked so well for me that I am only using it 3x a week. I was skeptical for sure! I am sold, I will never stop using this. Thank you so much for the relief and normalcy to something no one should ever have to deal with. If you are on here reading these reviews and are in the pain that I was, I promise...It really works.

I used Silky Peach Cream for a couple of months and while it helped with vaginal dryness a little, I was about to give up when I ran out of the Vagisil pH feminine wash I had been using regularly. Just a few days of using Silky Peach Cream without the Vagisil, and it was an amazing change for the better! The dryness and burning are gone and life is good!

It just didn't do anything for me. It burned a lot of the time I applied it. I just went to doctor and they gave me prescription estrogen, which has worked out wonderfully for me.

Hi Dee Ann Thank you for the feedback. Some women have a level of vaginal atrophy that requires a strong prescription to achieve the initial healing work. The skin can be so thin and tender that it can take a while for healing to occur. We are so glad that you realized you had some options, had access to an understanding practitioner, and have found something that works for you. :-)

Haven't tried it yet, but very interested in it. My question is I had a complete hysterectomy 25 years ago. I had Deep Vein Thrombosis from the birth control pill, so never was on any hormones replacement. My Dr. Put me on Estradiol 1 gram 2x weekly vaginally. Been on this a few years really don't get no relief at all. Will your product be able to help me without dangerous side effects.

We hear from our customers that you are not alone. Many women experience vaginal dryness and their practitioner decides to use Estradiol. There is significant research that finds low dose vaginal ESTRIOL is more effective at repairing the vaginal tissue – WITHOUT increasing the level of circulating estradiol in the rest of the body. So chances are, the small amount of estriol in the Silky Peach Cream used consistently will repair the tissue. It is also considered wise to make sure that any estradiol is balanced by progesterone. Estrogen is a proliferative hormone – which means it makes cells grow. Progesterone has the opposite effect – it stops estrogen from growing too many cells. Estradiol is the strongest type of estrogen and should be balanced by progesterone. We are talking bioidentical progesterone, not synthetic progestins.

I have a problem because they sent me the product and they attached a note that says " Read me first. In our quest to solve bottle supply chain issues, our manufacturer failed to mention that the Silver Cap Silky Peach bottle requires 2 pumps to get the 1 mg of Estriol. That means that I paid for a bottle and I am getting half the amount. They advertised that for what I paid , the dosage would be ! pump. I emailed them twice, explained the math and went back and forth to no avail. The product is Ok but I am getting half of what I paid for!! They said I could send it back. That was their solution. Not, we can send you an extra to accommodate for the price vs dosage. What's up with that?

We have been fortunate that the vast majority of our customers (a) appreciated that we acted quickly to inform them of the change to the instructions and (b) understood how this is a very challenging time to manage supply chain for something that seems so easy to access as a pump bottle for our product, and (c) understood the math. The Math DOES work out and this is why. The bottle has always had the same amount in it - that has NOT changed. What we discovered is that each pump of the nes (silver top) bottle delivers HALF the amount our previous bottle delivers. Instead of one pump delivering 0.5ml of cream, it delivers 0.25 ml of cream. So, to get to the target 0.5ml of cream, 2 pumps are needed. We tested the bottles and counted the pumps. Our original 15ml bottle had 30 pumps of cream per bottle cream. Our replacement bottle has 60-70 pumps per bottle....which is double the number of pumps. The original sample bottle is 15ml net weight, the current bottle is 15ml net weight - it's just that a smaller amount comes out each time. One of our customers illustrated this nicely with the illustration of a pie. Imagine a cherry pie and you have 8 people to feed - if you cut it into 8 slices everyone gets a slice. If you cut it into 16 slices everyone gets 2 smaller slices. The pie is just the same, it's how it is cut that makes it LOOK different. Again, we are grateful for our amazing existing customer base who acted swiftly to help explain the math to new customers who were not sure. And very few people left us, most were encouraging and appreciative of our transparency and commitment to quality.

I have a question before I order. I am a 78 year old woman who had a hysterectomy at age 45 for benign fibroids (they wouldn't do this surgery today!). I have never had children. I had DCIS (stage 0 breast cancer or "pre cancer") in 2015. I have the symptoms you mention here. I would like to try your cream. (I live in Salem and love that you are based in Oregon). Should I check with my Dr. first or would this be considered safe for me? Thanks! Also, doyo have any gynecologists on your team?Dian

Thank you for that question - it's a super important question, there are staggering statistics of women who have or have had breast cancer and now have hormones "blocked" by a medication...and that means painful vaginal dryness. So here is some science for you. There are two distinct types of estrogen receptors, estrogen receptor alpha (ER-A) and estrogen receptor beta (ER-B). In the breast estrogen hormones that bind to estrogen receptor alpha promotes breast cell proliferation, whereas the estrogen hormones that bind to estrogen receptor beta inhibits breast cell proliferation and prevents breast cancer development. It is important to note that estrone and estradiol bind mostly to estrogen receptor alpha, which explains the known breast cancer-promoting effects of these two hormones. On the other hand, estriol binds to estrogen receptor beta a characteristic that corresponds to a unique breast cancer protection effect. Estriol is the weakest of the estrogens, produced through non reversible metabolism of the other two estrogens - estradiol and estrone. It has 1/7 to 1/8th the potency of estradiol and is metabolized to non harmful metabolites that are not associated with breast cancer cell growth. Now, every woman is unique, and every breast cancer is unique, but the above information may help you have a more detailed conversation with your doctor about the potential for using estriol for vaginal dryness.

If a woman using Silky Peach cream is only just menopausal, there may still be a significant supply of estrogen stored in the body. The addition of just this little bit of estriol can have an impact on the uterus...including cramps and bleeding. If cramps and bleeding occur several years past menopause then it is a very wise move to get checked out by your doctor. There are a number of factors that could cause bleeding after menopause and it's better to be safe and find out what the cause is likely to be.
