"I have ordered a costume for a world book day 4 days prior the event inspired by searched results for companies delivering jn two days this company Party Delights popped up and I am still waiting for the costume. \r\nOn the other hand I have also purchased a costume for Workd book day same time and same day on Amazon just in case but fair play to Amazon which predicated delivery in four days but actually delivered my daughter\u2019s costume a day earlier. \r\nWow, what a difference!\r\nUnhappy \u201cParty Delights\u201d customer."

"I am very disappointed with the service from Party Delights. I ordered a World Book Day costume over the weekend via express delivery. I then received an email (into spam as it was sent from a no-reply email address) at 4.30pm on Monday to say the item won't arrive by Wednesday despite having paid **\u00a36.95** for express delivery and it comfiming on the final order screen that the item would arrive on time for WBD.\r\nI've attempted request a refund but I have been denied as apparently the item had already been packaged - I've been told to wait for the parcel to arrive, then print a label and return it before I'll be refunded - absolutely shocking considering the company have failed to deliver the advertised standard of service, yet I've now got to find the time to go to print a return label, before sending it back.. I've then got to wait until the return has been processed before I get my money back! Absolutely awful service. I would NOT recommend Party Delights."
