“Sadly, I lost my gorgeous boy Wallace almost 2 years ago & my beautiful girl 1 month ago. The loss of these family members was devastating, not only for me, but for my entire family. Fortunately we were able to rely on the kindness, caring and compassion shown to us by the staff of Patch and Purr to get us through this difficult time. From pick up from our home, to homecoming, the service provided to us was exemplary. I cannot adequately thank the staff who showed us a level of professionalism that is so rarely seen. Myself and my family would not hesitate to recommend Patch and Purr to anyone thinking of using the service - Thankyou all so much especially from Wallace & Lucille”

“I don't usually write reviews but I feel this is earnt. This company goes above and beyond for you. Their service is extremely kind and you're definitely not treated like a number. When I cried on the phone, the lady cried with me. The lovely man who brought my girls ashes home knew my dog's name, asked about her and consoled me. I am extremely greatful I found this company. Thank you.”

“I sent my fur child to be cremated at the Morisset facility so I can view the cremation process (in line with my culture belief). It was a very stressful and sad time for us as my fur child's passing was unexpected. The staff at the facility were kind, sympathetic, and understanding. They were more than happy to meet our requirements so that we could say our final goodbye and find closure. Till this day, I'm still grateful to the Morisset staff for all their help and kind words. Thank you!”

“I cannot recommend Patch and Purr highly enough. When they came to collect my beautiful boy, they spoke to him and wrapped him up so lovingly and gently, I knew he was in safe hands. They were so kind and made sure he came home to me as soon as possible. I am very grateful.”

“Patch and Purr is a very caring and sensitive service, reflected in the way they handled our old departed mate "Gus" for us. And when we received the call that "Gus was ready to come home now" (quoted - also note the use of present tense), it reminded us that although he had passed, we would continue to have fond memories of the long life he had with us.”
