“I lost my beautiful fur baby suddenly and PATCH AND PURR made my loss so much easier in such a sad and difficult time. I received a memory album with a piece of her fur as well as an imprint of her paws. Besides the rock with her ashes in; which is placed under her favourite spot in the garden. At least a piece of her is always with me. Thank you PATCH AND PURR”

“The loss of a pet is such a heartbreaking and overwhelming experience. We had to make the unbearable decision to euthanize our little almost 16 year old girl Jelly. We were in a state of shock at the vet and not really capable of making informed decisions. The fact that our vet practice had a relationship with Patch and Purr at least made this aspect of our little dog's passing a little easier. Everything was handled smoothly and we were able pick up her ashes 3 days after she passed. We changed our minds the day after she passed about what we wanted and this was accommodated without fuss. I later contacted Patch and Purr directly about the counseling session (which is such a thoughtful idea and which I highly recommend) and also about getting a bracelet made. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was also told my a former employee of a vet practice that they were involved in making arrangements with Patch and Purr and that the staff treated pets with the utmost respect and care. Thank you for caring for our Jelly.”

“Sadly, I lost my gorgeous boy Wallace almost 2 years ago & my beautiful girl 1 month ago. The loss of these family members was devastating, not only for me, but for my entire family. Fortunately we were able to rely on the kindness, caring and compassion shown to us by the staff of Patch and Purr to get us through this difficult time. From pick up from our home, to homecoming, the service provided to us was exemplary. I cannot adequately thank the staff who showed us a level of professionalism that is so rarely seen. Myself and my family would not hesitate to recommend Patch and Purr to anyone thinking of using the service - Thankyou all so much especially from Wallace & Lucille”
