"I have a PayPal account and agreed to hire a freelancer, he told me he could only accept PayPal and bank to bank transfer. PayPal has a program called Xoom, I assumed it was safe because the first question asked is is this for friends and family or for good and Services, it was for good and Services so I proceeded in safety, as I believed. \r\n\r\nLong story short, I was completely scammed $1500 and PayPal will do absolutely nothing for me, though I marked for good and Services, they said they offer no seller protection, so why in the world would they have you check that, I did not think that would be a part of the agreement, especially since they make it seem as though they offer protection. I am so sick of PayPal! Very, very deceitful, why would they include that information in the fine print, more importantly, why in the world would they ask if I was sending the money for friends and family or good and Services. Obviously One would assume you were protected especially because you\u2019re going directly through PayPal."
