I was overwhelmed with the options available as this was my first PC build and after shopping around i found PCspecialist came highly recommended and i understand why. “My computer arrived two weeks ago, and the lead-up to purchasing this custom setup was a period of nervous anticipation for me. Investing a substantial amount of money into this equipment, combined with my limited knowledge of computers, made the decision quite daunting. However, from the very first communication with PC Specialist over the phone, I was met with excellent service. I interacted with three different staff members, all of whom were polite, helpful, and exemplary in their assistance. I made a slight modification to my build prior to its assembly, which was handled seamlessly. During the building process, I was particularly impressed to receive a 360-degree video showcasing my machine being assembled. The entire process was efficient, with no delays, and the delivery was timely and problem-free. I highly recommend PC Specialist for their outstanding service. Although I considered another custom build computer company, PC Specialist stood out significantly. Thank you, PC Specialist; the joy I feel every day when I switch on my computer is immense, and I absolutely love it.”

“Cannot fault PC Specialist at all from the moment of configuring to the moment of delivery, 1st class service and at the price I wanted with all the specifications needed, I even had to make a brief call with regards to a small issue with the sound card and was immediately sorted instantly. I've brought a number of PC's over the years and this company is by far the best I have used and dealt with, hats of guys, you are doing a fabulous job and long may it continue. “PC Specialist have been a fantastic company to purchase my new custom PC from. The website and customisation options are clear. The prices seem very competitive from the comparisons I made for the spec machine I ultimately went for. I called the team to double-check my spec and they were very helpful over the phone before ordering, even pointing out some extra savings and additions. The build process was documented to me (which was a nice surprise) they clearly care about customer service and communication. The PC was packaged up very well and sent out to me within the suggested window. Very happy with my purchase so far, with no issues whatsoever, and I feel confident that even if there should be PC Specialist will be ready to help.”

“Honestly fantastic service, although I have had a few issues with my machine since receiving it. The box seems to have been damage in shipping, and I have experienced technical problems, but all was minor. Will absolutely be ordering from them again in future, and appreciative of the tehcnical support I have received.”

“I got a pc from PC Specialist 11 years ago and the service was very good then; never had a problem apart from putting a new graphics card in as an upgrade. This year I decided I needed a new pc. From when I phoned up for advice to it's arrival at the door - there is not a lot to say as you cannot improve on perfection. If anyone asks me where to get a PC I always tell them to contact PC Specialist.”

“Overall very happy with my new PC, i have used PC specialists exclusively for my PCs and Laptops since 2012, they have never let me down during that time, the PC came faster than i expected which was great, i asked livechat a few questions every now and then as i kept adding to my order they were very helpful, all round would recommend i know i'll be using them again in probably 3 years for my next PC.”

“Excellent service. They kept me up to date with my build every step of the way and answered all my questions very promptly. The system itself is great. It included a 5090 so I had to wait for it to come in stock. Very expensive but the build quality is first class. Wiring all done neatly. System temps are great and it was setup very well. Not too much Bloatware that I had to delete. I have bought from PC Specialist in the past so I was happy to use them again. Very happy overall.”

“Great service from PC Specialist. Was an error with stock and GPU wasn't available although shown on the builder. Their tech team was really helpful and was built the same day I confirmed with them. Runs smoothly after every day use so far since its been delivered. Apart from a small RAM issue on bootup, it seems to sort itself out in the BIOS settings. Overall - Impressed!”

“The website is very intuitive, easy to build a custom PC as well as there are plenty "ready to send" PCs to choose from! Quality is good, customer service is very helpful. The only downside is the delivery of the PC. Took slightly more time that I've anticipated. Overall a very solid and reliable company.”
