“The pre-sale advice via email is very helpful as PC Specialist have a good range of options to choose from. Once I had ordered my pc they keep you in touch with how the build is going and it was received very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service and my pc.”

“This is the second Computer ordered from them. (the previous order was 14 Years ago and it ran without fault until the day the SSD died. Not the original SSD but a replacement one 8 years ago to give me more storage capacity for my programs.) As previously the choice of components in ordering was impressive, the build time and delivery was fast and fault less. The correspondence kept me in the build loop and provided helpful set up information. The new computer is up and running and If it runs as well as the previous one I will be back for an 3rd model though perhaps a bit sooner than 14 years.”

“Kept informed during the order/build process and quick delivery. Computer was well built and started up ok. Had a slight wifi issue to start with but that was resolved with a driver update. No fault of PCS however it would have been handy to have had the latest drivers pre installed. One noisy fan which was added by myself on the build sheet, which I had to disconnect due to how loud it was. Diagnosed as there wasn’t space on the motherboard for this additional fan so it was installed straight into the power supply, this running full speed all the time. Again no fault of PCS as this was specified by myself. Had no issues with cooling since disconnecting this fan however. Computer runs great and was bought for my elderly father who loves it”

“Been using PC Specialist for over 15 years for my business workstations and personal home computers. website is fantastic to spec and compare different components to get the best price and build. service is always very professional and delivery is very good. always kept updated on the order and any queries, they respond very quickly. i've had over 20 machines and all have worked very well for years. have no reason to purchase from anywhere else. very happy. “Decided to source my new PC from PC Specialist for a second time, and was not disappointed. Excellent updates on progress and the PC arrived promptly and securely packed. My only worry was removing the internal packing foam without disturbing any cables, as it is quite rigid! After a week of tweaking to bring Windows and AMD software under control I am delighted with new purchase; so far it hasn't broken a sweat whatever I throw at it.”

“I needed a new video editing workstation and was able to select an already specified machine and then able to fine tune the components. The new workstation was built and shipped within a week and is absolutely brilliant. As a small business I have a lot of confidence in PC Specialist - this is my third order in the last couple of years and I rate them far superior to other more expensive big name brands!”
