“Really happy with the whole experience. From the ease of the website to the support after, it’s been a pleasure. The PC is well built with cable management that JayzTwoCents would be proud of. I needed support for Windows activation, this was very straightforward. Both the packing and delivery were top notch. The internal and external parts of the PC had good padding. DPD handled the delivery well, zero marks on the box at all. So far I’m extremely impressed with the PC and PCSpecialist.”

“Any computer purchase can be a concern, but as this one is number 7 from PCS over many years I can say they have all functioned as expected with no problems setting up. The customer is offered choice when designing the equipment and a discussion by telephone prior to order resulted in an improved desktop in my opinion, also a small saving for me!. Packing and delivery excellent ( if it's DPD ). The PC is quiet and quick, the best yet. After trying a few others for this machine, I came back to PCS as they seemed competitive considering the specification required.”

“Bought an expensive prebuild. The arrival and technical support is fantastic, can't fault it. It's just frustrations that has lead me to provide this negative review. Upon arrival, the RAM and Graphics Card weren't installed correctly, leading me to believe this was knocked about hard in transit or was rushed. Numerous BIOS restarts to actually get the PC to run, then a full day of running tests and checks. For the value of the build, I expected better. And now I'm having issues when starting the computer back up. The night before I would shut down as you would any computer when you're done with it. The next day starting up it would end up back in BIOS claiming the PC had been forced shut down. Which leads me to believe there is a faulty component somewhere. This has happened twice since I purchased a month ago, which has me concerned about the future implications.”

“PC was built and I was kept up to date during the process. Arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the Thunderbolt card had been installed in the wrong slot on the motherboard so pci tunneling wasn’t working. I ended up wasting a few hours before realising this. It’s well documented which slot needs to be used. This was disappointing as everything else went well”

“Have previously purchased from here before, can safely say they didn't disappoint again. absoutley delighted with the build, I did have to wait for a item before proceeding with the order but I was informed of this before ordering. They give you updates along the way and even got a few photos during the build. Safely delivered with their great packaging. couldn't fault the work they do. keep it up!!!”

“The laptop is amazing from the price and service I received from pc specialist was second to none. The only down side was the delivery the courier they use took it to the wrong house and left it outside in the rain. Had to ring them to find out where it had been left luckily the laptop was undamaged.”
