“We're delighted with our 12 year old son's first new gaming PC (which handily doubles up as Dad's work from home PC!) We really liked being able to spread the payments over 12 months - interest free. The PC itself is beautiful. It is quick and snappy. It boots up fully in 20 seconds and we're getting download speeds of over 800Mbps - faster than my phone, which is fairly high-end (Samsung S22 Ultra). It was well packaged and we were kept informed of progress every step of the way. The set up instructions were crystal clear and simple to do. Their website is a pleasure to use. We're really, really happy with the whole experience. So glad we didn't bottle it and go for a 'bundled' PC with cheaper components. We are not geeks or nerds, in fact we don't know that much about computers - but we do know the product and the process are both flawless. You cannot go wrong with this company, its as simple as that.”

“First of all - courier/delivery -I have already messaged you. Yes we got a series of email messages setting out when the goods would be delivered. However there was no attempt to establish that there was someone at home to take delivery despite lights on and a car in the driveway. It was only good fortune that intervened and a very late check on email messages said the delivery had been made some time ago? On opening the front door we found a very wet package on the very dark front step. Otherwise the package would have been out all night. That is if it had not been removed before we got up. NOT GOOD PRACTICE. The goods - looks fine and seems to be good. However, you do not tell people you need to do the "SET UP " at home via the web. The order did not accept the offer of the three months trial of "Anti-Virus" because the device was NOT GOING TO ACCESS THE WEB. It was to be used as a stand alone machine. Low and behold - the only way to set it up was via the web. Now maybe most of your clients are very "tech" switched on. However, this is the first I have heard of having a "box of tricks" that you had to go somewhere else to be able to "get the tricks" to work.”

Happy with the build overall, but would like to see PC Specialist offer more air coolers! Would happily use again in the future.”

“A great all round experience. I wish these folks were around when I was building my first PC many years ago. The ability to custom pick your parts for you PC while knowing that a professional is going to be putting it together is just brilliant. They did such a quality build, everything looking so tidy. I only wish I had more money to get a liquid cooled ultra gaming rig from them. It's also great how they give you updates and communicate on the progress of the build / delivery. My only feedback is that it should be made clearer in your getting started pack that your Windows 11 key is on your account and that you should login to get it in order to verify your installation.”
