“They must be doing something right as this is the 3rd PC i have bought from pcspecialist over the years. Was easy to configure what i wanted on the website. “I first bought a PC from PCSpecialist 10 years ago, that has been great for us but time to update; suggested spec of new PC was easy to find and amend, spoke to a technical specialist to clarify a couple of things and ordering was straightforward. The update of build, testing and dispatch was really helpful and I'm sure in another 10 years I'll be ordering again.”

“PC Specialist kept us in the loop from the moment we searched for a PC to when we placed our order, and then there was feedback on a structural issue - then refunded was prompt, to the testing of our machine and then finally the despatch of the machine. We were informed all the way even with a hitch - will definitely deal with PC Specialist again”

“The website is very simple to use, and is the best out of PC Specialists rivals. When building a custom PC, they give clear information regarding any parts you've selected and will ensure they are all compatible and that you aren't ordering parts that perform the same duties. This is the 2nd time I've bought from them now and no doubt, I will be using them to buy my next PC in the future.”

“Ordered on a Sunday night and paid for Saturday delivery. was delivered by following Saturday despite my not paying for premium / taste build. It is well put together and extremely well packaged with inventive use of foam inside case to protect cooling towers etc during transit. The cable management was excellent with GPU power left free as was installing own graphics card which is asked about on order page the only issue I had is quite a fe HDD from previous pc needing to be added which I should have added to order GPU instructions I guess as all the power leads were fastened out of the way with cable ties etc”

“I asked one of PCspecialists' technical people on the phone to help me put together a spec for the new PC I wanted. He did it there and then, the PC was delivered a week later, it was easy to set up and is now working perfectly. Excellent customer service and great product!”
