“Thank you. I'm not technically at all, but I told my son what I wanted, and he ordered the laptop for me, and when it came, set it up. So, I can't really comment on that side. But I am very pleased and glad I went with his suggestion. Much better value that what I was looking for on the high street.”

“Excellent service, PC made up to my specification quickly, delivered on time, PC engineer came and installed all the items I needed to get new PC up and running, spend about 2 hours here but happily all worked fine. One happy PC Specialist PC owner. Thanks”

“The whole process, beginning with information directing you to start building a machine appropriate to your needs, active feedback during the build selection, through to updates about how your machine is being put together, tested and delivered, creates an excellent customer experience. PC Specialist have got the balance correct. Updates are timed well and not excessive. I have bought from them more than once and I am always impressed, even though I'm familiar with the steps! Whether you know all about computers, or haven't a clue, you should buy your next computer PC Specialist.”

“A good experience with PC Specialist. Compared other sites for price on comparable specs and these guys were the best. Ordering was very easy on the website and delivery was quicker than expected. Excellent updates and communication throughout the process. Love my new computer.”

“Great service, very clear website and I absolutely loved multiple updates about my order. I had to change one thing and my email was actioned almost immediately with a quick refund. Parcel was sent quickly and securely and my new device is absolutely amazing. It's my second time using PC specialist (last time I bought PC with them 10 years ago and only just had to replace it now)”

“I found PC Specialist on the Internet while I was looking to replace my old PC and I am very very happy that I did. I chose one that was about the price I was thinking about and then used the upgrade options for each component of the PC. When I had chosen my upgrades I had one thing I wanted to query so I phoned up and my question was answered for me.I then said I would like to go ahead with my order. This was on a Saturday morning and a Bank Holiday weekend. I received regular updates on the progression of my order and on the Wednesday morning I was informed that it would be delivered between 9:30 and 11:30.It arrived at 9:30 that morning. That is first class service. It was well packaged and very easy to set up even for me in my 70s. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of my new PC I love it. I did have to phone up about a Windows update a couple of days ago that I was having problems with once again the excellent customer services sorted it for me. I would highly recommend this company.”

“The staff were very helpful in answering my questions before purchasing. The PC was manufactured and delivered in a timely fashion. It is a quality product. I fitted my own Blue Ray DVD Writer/Reader, and was given good advice regarding how to add additional power and digital connections. It also has a long Warranty. Altogether a quality experience.
