“Have used PC specialist for all business and personal laptops since 2017 and am always hugely impressed with what you get for your money. Recently just bought a laptop for my daughter at Uni and according to our company's IT support team there is now way we would have got a laptop that good for the price anywhere else. Happy daughter, happy mum! Big shout out to Thomas Owen who I spoke to on the phone and who helped with great advice in order to build a laptop my daughter absolutely loves. he was so knowledgeable, patient (with me!) and passionate about his job. thank you Thomas!”

“The web site was very easy to use. As i don't know too much about computers the fact that the site showed any incompatibilities in my choices was fantastic. It went as far as to say the power unit I chose was over-powered for the system. I received lots of updates as to the progress of the computer build. One mail even showed a picture of the completed unit. Delivery was quick and the packaging was really good with strong boxes being used. The inside of the computer was packed with foam ensuring no damage to delicate components. The computer looks good and works fine. I am really pleased to have used PC Specialists as my computer supplier.”

“Wow, My Pc arrived which for where I live (remote island of UK) is amazing already. It worked as soon as I plugged it in and all I had to do was update some drivers and the O/S. It looks exactly as seen on the site as well. With loads of free updates regarding the making and transportation. It's awesome”

“I purchased a Recoil Series with liquid cooling extras. The Laptop is stunning - truly a marvel of technology and at a fraction of the price highstreet retailers are offering. Plus I was able to customise and improve on the stats with higher specifications. I have extended the warranty just incase, however, I do not expect to receive any prolems whatsoever with this amazing piece of tech! Very happy.”

“Good service and excellent build quality - tidiest computer cabling I have ever seen! Some initial driver issues that had to be resolved but once it was fully updated it ran very well and is doing exactly what I asked for.”

“So far im loving my Elimina Pro Laptop. Using the website to pick and choose what you want was so easy (even for someone who knows very little about computers). I was kept up to date with everything and could track it through each stop. So far i have run into no issues using it for both work and gaming. The only thing i wish was different is i wish the keyboard backlighting was brighter but that is the only thing i would want to change.”

“From beginning to end, choosing parts, talking to costumer service to help me, to ordering and receiving the product, I had no problems at all.
