“Really easy to select the components for my son’s PC. Regular progress updates and when DPD lost the PC in their hub, PC Specialist support team were really helpful and kept me updated on what was happening. Once the PC was delivered it was very simple for my son to set up and he loves it”

“This is my first gaming pc so I was very happy with all the advice given regarding every part I decided on. I spoke 3 times to an expert before placing the order. The PC came on time and was super happy with the build. so far no problems runs fast. Will definitely recommend PC Specialist to all my friends.”

“Best price online for the highest spec pc I could create, fully customisable options and easy to use website. When a part I ordered wasn't available they rang me to give me options and then posted asap. One fan was a bit iffy so they sent out another with instructions and checked whether I could fix it myself. Nice customer support and cheap prices - win win.”

“Laptop was built to my specification, tested and dispatched all within the time frame stated, very secure packaging. The laptop is very good quality, far better than any laptops have had from more well known brands in the past. I highly recommend PC Specialist to anyone wanting a good quality laptop.”

“Great gaming pc for my boy. Only issue was I paid for an engineer to come set up and this never happened. Initially they were booked to come before the pc arrived, I stalled them but was never able to arrange for them to come. In the end I managed to set it up fine myself. Apart from this all was great.”

“Great experience with the wide range of enclosures available (I needed a specific size to fit below my workstation), the menus to tailor the specification, straightforward order placing and tweaking design, progress updates including 360 degree image of P.C. as being built, speedy turn around, faultless delivery service, well packed and protected, up and running well and no issues and excellent value for money.”

“I have known of PC Specialist for about 5 years, as my son in law ordered one about 4 years ago on my recommendation which he still uses daily. It is my turn now and would not buy from any other company. Your website is easy to use and detailed. The laptop I purchased built to my specs and no bloatware arrived on time and is perfect for my needs ie fast processor and a large hardrive for my thousands of pics and would recommend your company for anyone buying a pc or laptop many thanks”
