“I have bought 2 computers in the last 18 months. Both times these computers have been exactly as described, with no bloatware rubbish installed on them to slow them down (as happens with most commercial laptops). On my more recent purchase we had some delivery issues (caused at my end), and PCS were very quick to respond to emails and accurately advise on how to deal with it. I keep buying from PCS because they are very customer-orientated and you get a lot more value for money than you would buying the same spec computer from a well-known brand.”

“I have purchased two laptops and one desktop PC over the last two years from PC Specialist. I really appreciate being able to build the spec that suits my particular requirements, and at the same time see the cost added by each of my choices. They are good at sticking to their delivery times. Also, I have not experienced any problem with the PC's that they have built for me, and you only pay for the things that you need, far better than buying one of the shelf and paying for some elements that you don't need. So, I can sincerely recommend them to anyone who knows what they want, in terms of spec., quality, price and service.”

“Absolutely fantastic company . This is my second computer I have ordered. My child ordered one and now my son has ordered one as his Christmas present. The communication is brilliant from the moment of ordering,build and then dispatch. Can't fault the customer service or the quality of the product”

“The process was straightforward, with constant updates along the way. The PC is easy to set up and everything is neatly packed. Customer service is incredibly efficient and quick to answer. 4 stars only because the CPU fan wasn't working properly out of the box, but they were very quick to send me a new one free of charge.”

“I was recommended this site by a friend. I was looking for a gaming computer with good specs, but I did not have an idea of which ones I wanted. However, PC Specialist made this process easy as they have laid out their website in an accessible way for anyone, they included multiple options of hardware and you are able to customise your PC to fit your needs and styling. Once the order had been processed, I was kept up to date with every stage my PC was in, and once it had been built they sent a 3D Model of it in an email! I was delightfully surprised! The shipping was straightforward, and they packed everything in my order with care and made simple instructions to help set it up. Overall I am very pleased with the service they have provided and I would gladly recommend this business to friends and family.”
