“I have used PC specialist 3 times now - 1 Desktop 2 Laptops. Always been really well built systems, great choices offered and the communication has been flawless from Order to delivery. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new system. I've got my Mrs to order in the past also and she has been happy with hers also.”

“This is my second PC Specialist desktop PC. My first one lasted me 14 years and the only reason I replaced it was because Microsoft are retiring Windows 10 and it didn't meet the specifications to run Windows 11. I didn't have to think twice about where to go for a replacement, PC Specialist. You can see the old and new PCs side by side in the photo. From the customisation screens, through the payment process and the various updates PC Specialist send you to keep you up to date with the build and testing progress, I felt reasurred that I had gone to the right folks. I use my PC daily, for work, for life admin, for watching videos and TV, listening to music, keeping up to date with my friends and playing games with my children and I am so happy with the build quality. It took me a few days to migrate everything from my old PC Specialist desktop to the new, but I've now been up and running for about 3 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. I recommend PC Specialist to anyone who wants to custom build their ideal computer.”

“Excellent as always. This is my second order from PC Specialist in 3 years. I ordered a mini-PC. It was specified exactly as requested. It's performance is as expected. Their delivery time was in the defined/described window. Very happy. Will shop with them again.”

“Impressed with PC Specialist as a company to deal with. Minor gripes with website, e.g. couldn't complete order after specifying storage partition sizes and website kept "forgetting" that I had specified a USB recovery media. Sorted ordering with short telecon with staff. Then slight confusion with delivery company as were awaiting my call to arrange a suitable day to deliver (?), although I am in a remote-ish location. Also had reason to call support after PC received, as having trouble installing paid-for MS Office 2021. Theodor B could not have been more helpful (pre-installed Office 365 was causing the problem... delete it and associated language packs!). Despite these minor issues, PC seems well built and came with a box of "bits" should I choose to upgrade further. More than happy to deal with them again.”

“Excellent value. I couldn't find a better deal. The configurator is a work of genius. Build quality is excellent and very tidily cable routed. My PC arrived really well packed and ready to go (once the packaging was removed). It was great to receive the vouchers that some components come with, even all the unused parts.”

“They have all the options you could possibly want, the build is first class, last bit of setup on receiving it and boom! Great communication throughout the purchase, after sales is as good as pre sales, if you are looking for a gaming PC this is the place to go.”

“I've ordered 2 custom PCs from here, the first being 9 years ago, and both have been excellently built and have ran flawlessly. In both cases i was kept updated for each step of the build process and was told exactly when to expect the delivery, with plenty of time to adjust if it wasn't a good time. You guys do great work and i've reccommended you to several of my friends whenever the topic of new PCs comes up.”

“This is my third device from PC Specialist. Very pleased with the service and the updates recieved once my device had moved through the build/shipping stages. I have Initia 14", great chassis and build quality, a great bit of kit.The only thing it lets me down slightly is in sunny environments the keyboard finish dulls the text, almost to the point I can't read the letters and the LED lighting is too dim to counter that. Other than that. Very happy with the device and service.”

“Easy ordering process with clear explanations and even told me I could pay less for a psu when I'd overspecced. My second PC specialist PC replaced my last one after 6 years working perfectly, and that one is now my wife's and still going strong. The main reason I didn't review earlier is because we've been having too much fun gaming together.”
