“PC Specialist built my previous PC, which lasted for over a decade and has never let me down. The time has come to buy a new one, so PC Specialist was an obvious choice. The quality of what they do is outstanding. The PC they built for me is simply beautiful and works like a dream. I'm certain it will last for another decade. I will surely use them again. “This firm was a superb find and I can understand the following on the Forum. It's the first time I've needed a business machine that has the same sort of spec as a top gamers rig but I'm now so glad I didn't just do my usual "just go buy the most expensive machine in Currys". Buying the machine has represented my first real foray into understand computers properly for twenty years. The machine seems beautifully put together and leaves me breathless. Service / delivery etc all superb. This machine cost me £2700 and I know I've got good value. Terrific.”

“Very happy with my PC. I have bought from PCSpecialist before, and I have recommended it to friends, who have all had good experiences. Even when there are issues PCSPecialist are on hand to help. I had some queries while my PC was being built, and their phone customer support was very quick. One thing I like is that they send you all the spare parts from the case, PSU cables etc. along with the completed build, which helps for upgrading down the line. Not all PC builders do this annoyingly.”

“The PCS website is a joy to build your desired PC and the ordering process is easy. After a few days the PC arrived and was quickly set up and running. Everything worked smoothly except the iCUE software which kept and keeps crashing. The PCS Technical Team have worked hard to fix this, but the problem still persists. They are really trying to fix this issue. I am impressed by how quiet the PC runs. Anyone who is looking for a new PC or Laptop should go straight to PCS.”

“These guys are the gold standard of pre-built PCs. I worked in the IT industry for years so I'm quite picky about my personal kit, and their attention to detail at every stage of the process is excellent; you really get the sense that they take pride in their work. I went for a custom build and it's easy to pick your specification on their website, plus it was built and delivered in days excellently packaged and all exactly as requested. Faultless. (As an aside, this is the second PC I'd bought from this company; the first one is still running without issue after 12 years of use. Well done, folks; you make a rock solid product.)”

“Bought my partner a new gaming laptop only a year and few months ago with extended warranty. And that warranty sure has come useful. Just a few months after getting the laptop the screen started shutting down whenever it was adjusted. PC Specialist handled the fix because it was still within the warranty and only a week later it returned. With the same issue. Around the first year mark from receiving the laptop the screen issues just got worse until one day it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. Laptop got sent away again, and returned. Wi-Fi fixed, but the screen still plays up. Months of playing catch up with PC Specialist to get someone to listen. All we got was the same troubleshooting guides, excuses about the laptop maybe getting jostled in transit. Eventually PC Specialist agreed to take the laptop for repairs with no cost to us. Away it went, for the third time at only 15 months old. This time the repairs were delayed due to back order of parts. Understandable especially with the time of the year, so we decided to pay and upgrade the part. Laptop has been back for less than a week. Last night, as my partner was adjusting the screen it went black again. Absolutely ridiculous.”
