“First time PC builder. I have been thinking of building a PC for years but never got round to it as it seemed complicated and my knowledge in the area seems to lack substantially. However, PC specialist made the whole process very easy. I used their live chat functions to gain better knowledge of PC parts. I then built my own quote and asked other members of staff at PC Specialist to review my quote to make sure all components of my build would work. They checked it and confirmed its compatibility so I ordered the quote. But the good news doesn’t stop there. After purchasing my build I had daily updates of the progress on my computer all the way until delivery. My computer was packaged securely and sent with guides on setting up the PC to use it. I honestly cannot recommend PC specialist enough to first time PC builders. Easy 5 stars.”

“One of the best companies in the market. Had an issue with my order after being delivered, and it got solved in about 30 minutes. Not sure where one could get a similar level of service from. And that's on top of their configuration builder, components availability, customer service and overall price scheme that's way better than what I found in other places.”

“Really easy to use and customisable builds on offer. I wanted to build parts together and leave others out as I was planning on adding them myself later which I was able to do. Really clean cable management was provided and constantly updated on the status of my build. Was even provided a 360 image of my build once they had put it together which was a pleasant surprise. Customer service/support was really helpful, I was bugging them like 3 times a day 😂. Have already recommended to friends and will recommend again. 👍”

“I'm not a gamer or PC enthusiast, but I like to always have a machine that we can use at home for homework, low-level video editing etc. I called PC Specialist and we discussed what I was after, and I'm very pleased with the result. It came at a decent spec for my budget, and looks fantastic.”

“This is the second PC I have bought from PC Specialists. Never had a problem with the first one, just upgraded. Website makes it really easy to choose the PC you want, and place the order. There is good information as to what is happening with your order. Delivered in a reasonable time frame. Easy to set up and get running (even for me). Clear instructions sent via email on anything particular you need to do to your computer during the set up, which made it really easy. I would highly recommend PC Specialists to anybody thinking about upgrading or purchasing a new pc.”

“Given a specified budget, my 11yo was able to put together a gaming computer using the site's build tools. Together we reviewed his choices, and made some minor changes, but the truth is he knows more about the specs than me (I'm not IT illiterate, but Moore's law has left me feeling like a dinosaur). After submitting the order, I got nervous, and called to walk through the specs with the PCSpec team pre-build. My main concern was that we might have inadvertently throttled performance in a way that might be easily rectified. The PCSpec tech I spoke to was hugely helpful, and provided great feedback and suggestions. We made some further minor tweaks, with some of the changes saving money, so I ended up spending about £50 more, but was left with the confidence we had put together an even better system that remained on budget. My son is thrilled with the result, which easily outstrips the performance of any other computer in the house, and I was reassured we ended up with the best specs for our budget. We'd certainly use PCSpec again.”
