“I have no idea about computers so purchasing a gaming PC was no easy task. I had lots of questions (some were probably silly) however customer services made me feel like every question was valid. Great service. I’m looking for to setting this up at Christmas and I’m confident any questions I have will be answered. Process was quick once I had decided on the PC and they helped find the right PC for my budget.”

“Excellent service I had had my eye on a machine from another supplier when I stumbled on PCS. The PC I ended up with was better spec’d and very competitively priced Customer service before I bought was really helpful, delivery was prompt and communications were excellent Once set up after sales and tech support have been great Overall- the perfect score”

“Great service - very prompt from order acceptance to delivery. Reasonable rates for components. A premium product and can’t fault the build quality. It’s important to have confidence in the product when heavily relying on the build for work and leisure, and that for sure is present.”

“The best customer service! They are happy to offer lots of help and advice to ensure you are buying the right product for your needs, rather than trying to sell you what will make them more money. I purchased a gaming PC for my son last year, and we’re so happy with it, we have bought a second one for my other son for Christmas! We did have a small issue with it about a week in when it wouldn’t switch on, so we sent it back to be fixed and it was shipped back out within a week. I would highly recommend 😊.”

“Configuring the gaming PC for our daughter was really easy. Then having a moderator review the spec and give really good inputs was gold. The input I received made total sense and ensured I optimised the spec for my budget. It’s a great service.”

“1. Great customizability options PC Specialist not only gives a vast range of choices for customizing the hardware, but also allows you to get a machine avoiding OS license fees, in case you want Linux, or have an existing license. 2. Responsive Pre-sales advice I had several queries about the models I had shortlisted, and found the PC specialist help guys to be a lot more responsive, and helpful than companies lke Lenovo etc. 3. Timely delivery Got my laptop in good time, although I did chose several customizablity options which would have meant a longer build time. 4. Decent Build Quality. The hardware components are all standard but impressed with the main chassis and overall design too.”

“Custom build process is easy and self-explanatory, with sanity check pop-ups if cases are too small/power supplies wrong size. Great build quality and prompt delivery. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a PC build! Customer service was also helpful and efficient. All in all a great experience.”

“I ordered my last computer from PC Specialist in 2009 and it's lasted well. I needed a memory and performance upgrade so went for a new machine. The website is clear and the ordering process is fast, good communications and delivery. I'm happy with the machine, all specced as requested. Only minor niggle on some Asus bloatware that came with the machine, which I managed to remove myself (Armour Crate). I had one issue with the wifi antenna driver that I called the helpline on and they sorted it within 10 minutes.”
