“ Admittedly I think they don't always give same level of vet service as private but pay private if that's what you want! I've seen too many people with expensive cars and dogs are PDSA who if they can afford those, why do they need PDSA? Means the needs of those with out money don't get highest levels of care the PDSA used to be able to provide. ”
