I'm too raw to be writing in depth reviews but I just want to say the pdsa were amazing and thank you for helping me alleviate my dogs suffering until ultimately we could not watch him suffer anymore and they made the process as pain free for my beloved but not for the heartbroken family left behind because that's what he was my dog TED 22.3.11-21.1.25 the day my heart was broken in two.THANK YOU to the love of my life for all the joy loyalty and unconditional love you gave me my little velvety eared snuggle pig i'll never stop loving missing and needing you sleep tight my brave little soldier boy you've earned your rest 💔🐻

After three visits and x rays being taken I had to have my beautiful black lab Luca put to sleep. Everyone I saw was so kind. The young vet who put him to sleep at PDSA Thamesmead was lovely and gentle with him. I would like to thank you all for making the worst rime in my life more bearable

Absolutely brilliant our pooch had a bladder stone stuck a few days ago. We brought him in and as could have been fatal without being removed they seen to him. I won’t give all the ins and outs but the treatment and surgery he received was great. In essence if had to take him privately to a vet we would have been paying way over £1000 for surgery. I can’t thank the pdsa enough I did not really have it but still made a small donation as without there service and helping our pet we would have been stuck not really knowing what to do. I see people complain about them all the time but from my experience with them they don’t just want to grab money in donations they genuinely want to do the best by your pet. I really don’t know what we would of done without them and people that do get help from them should appreciate what they do for your pets without them like I say we would be stuck

I love reading the negative reviews Have anybody realised it’s a charity and it’s not your right to use them? You are all quick to complain they aren’t taking on new patients but perhaps if many didn’t run them into the ground in the diary place they would probably be able to offer a full service and staff would want to be there instead of being abused by idiots (which I have witnessed) How about you either be thankful they are helping your pet in the first place and did deep. Nothing is FREE Personally I have never had an issue, and I am grateful I can use their reduced cost service for my Rabbit. Who I would have had to have put to sleep without their help! Shocking how ungrateful you all are!!

My PDSA in Kirkdale Liverpool, I was a little nervous about having to use the PDSA services after always having a private Vet as I had always worked, I am now retired through I'll health and on benefits. They responded quickly and saw my puppy Rolly that morning, the waiting time was no longer than my previous vet. Emma the Vet was amazing and dealt with Rolly in a lovely caring manner. They are an amazing team and truly care about animals. Thank You

Kirkdale and Huyton PDSA saved my 4 year old frenchie fur baby, he attended at first which was put down to gastroenteritis, later that night he was rushed back in and we are told he had swallowed something which caused and obstruction and was in a life threatening condition, I’m so grateful they managed to save him and he’s on the road to recovery. Thank you so much x

They were amazing in the treatment and attention that my dog received in his last year of life, they gave him a diagnosis on the first visit, after other veterinarians did not do so, he had treatment, follow-up, and quality of life until the end . I couldn't be more grateful, they are great professionals.
