“This is an amazing company. I was sent a video of my pedestal before it was shipped, narrated by the fabricator, and it was shipped in a customized box that had instructions on the top on how to uncrate it. What personalized service. I've not experienced anything like this before from an online order, and it was an unforgettable experience!”

“A very exceptional experience! The pedestal exceeded our expectations. Exceptional workmanship. Quality through and through. Customer service was over the top. The initial pedestal was damaged duing shipping. I wrote an email including photos of the damaged pedestal and shipping box. I received an immediate response stating that a replacement pedestal was already in production. The new pedestal was received within seven business days. Incredible turnaround considering the piece had to go from Colorado to Pennsylvania. I will definitely use The Pedestal source in the future!”
