I ordered my coffee 25 days ago and Pete’s coffee. Customer service Hass to be the worst ever. They keep promising that they will escalate and find out what is going on create a reimbursement package and still the problem kept existing lie after the other. It’s a shame because I really do love this coffee, that management does not care about their customers. Their customer service seems to be handled from people out of this country because nothing gets resolved. One lie after the other stay away they just don’t care. I know it’s only one customer but they lost this one.

Good coffee. Abysmal delivery. Customer service could care less. No effort to cure the delivery issues. Consistently late and Peets does not honor Its commitment to subscription deliveries.

Tried dark roast and like it. So I ordered (2) 1-lb pkgs. delivery took so long once the order was processed, that I hade to go buy locally. So I found the same coffee at Wegmans in 18oz packages and it was $3.00 cheaper per bag.

Good coffee. Slow delivery, Shipping unreasonable. Clumsy website. Buying good coffee from you folks is not as simple as it should be.

Drank Peet's twice/day for years until I learned of the company's blood money from continuing to operate in Russia. I'm sure there's lots of justifications for blood money buts it always distills down to blood money. Went over to San Francisco Bay Coffee french roast and it works just fine.

Love Peet's Major Dickenson, but will never order directly from Peet's again. I tried to order a sample pack to try other flavors. What I thought was a sampler pack of 3 KCup 10 ct boxes. The first order got cancelled by them, no explanation. When I called customer service, they reordered and sent me 3 boxes of the same blend. A light roast, which I do not drink. Do yourself a favor order from a coffee service company.

I was just informed that Peet's will no longer carry soy milk. Why? I do not like and will not drink the other alternatives. They will lose me (and others) as a daily customer.

Peets subscription service is so slow. It took three days from the subscription date for my bank to receive and process my order. Then it looks like the bag of coffee won't be delivered to my door for a total of 8 days. May look elsewhere for a more reliable subscription service. I shouldn't be concerned, it should be here on time, which is the point of a subscription.

Website is a rip off. Made the mistake of looking at an item, it was charged to my CC even without the 'in cart' step, let alone 'review order' or 'purchase' steps. Not cancellable, guess what, you bought it. HATE it when companies play this game.

Calling is useless - put on hold forever. Peets is overcharging me and charging me multiple times on the same day on my bank account. I can't eventual to them about it and their chat is bogus. You don't get a human.

Petes is a business that represents what Berkeley is. A was introduced to Alfred back in the 1960s and he would be so proud of how Petes has evolved. A few weeks ago I was please to see a homeless man, with his bike outside of Petes. I gave him $25.00 an moved on with my coffee--a few days later not he was there but one of Petes tables and 4 chairs and had a pile of of a persons tattered belongings and another poor homeless soul. Sitting down. Another was sitting at another table, all had cups for money. I got my coffee and gave $20 to each of them, $60 well spent. I am so proud of Petes to give these poor souls a place to stay--to call home. Down around my business I have many homeless souls--I gave a four a $20 Petes card and directions to another business that cares, Petes. I am proud of Petes--keep up the good work. We all must be ready to take care of scores more in the near future. Petes is great. It shows what we are really all about. Ralph

A recent early flight out of Reagan National Airport left us looking for a source for breakfast. We usually would have gravitated to Starbucks, but the line was too long. Finally near our gate we came upon a Peet’s Coffee and stopped there. The Peet’s breakfast sandwiches we got far exceeded the taste and quality we‘ve ever had at Starbuck’s!!

I have been a customer of Peet's since 1978 and have always enjoyed their coffee in store and purchasing beans for home use. I used Peet's subscription for quite awhile now and it has been a challenging and ultimately worthless service. Increasing or decreasing your subscription order through the website is an experience of poor web design. I know a ten year old who could produce a better online experience. As of yesterday, I have canceled my subscription due to a major melt down with their website and basically poor customer service. Such a shame.

I buy from Peets once a month, no subscription. Two things have been challenging with this company over the years. Customer service is slacking. Calling is futile. I tried twice this week, put on lengthy hold times then the calls were both disconnected. Tried email and it takes 48 hours to hear back. And lastly a big problem with Peets and their shipping company is rarely do I get shipping dates. Tried clicking on tracking and UPS hasn't updated their server. I have received my delivery and their tracking still indicates they do not have the tracking info. I have told this to Peets in the past, another apology from them and looks like that problem continues to be unresolved. Am looking into other bean suppliers who not only provide a great bean but customer service. Challenging to continue to be a customer with a company that hasn't worked out all the bugs in their business or maybe they just have stopped caring about providing good customer service.

Very good coffee, terrible customer service. I started drinking Peets in the 1970s in S.F., and on-and-off ever since. Recently I bought two one-pound orders online. They sent me FOUR pounds, two of which were types I would never use. I went on their "help" line, waited 1 1/2 hours and finally gave up. The whole time they "serenaded" me with assurances that I was the next in line, that the "agent" would be with me momentarily, etc. I have no intention of paying for coffee that I didn't order, and Peets may have lost a long term customer. P.S. Pay with PayPal so that they can't charge you for stuff you didn't order.

I've been a loyal customer for years but have just gotten tiered of the bad service and the continued problems with the app. The staff refuses to honor the rewards claiming the app is down. It seems to come back whenever the rewards expire.
