What has happened to PEETS! I’ve been a faithful Major Dickasons customer for years. One bad bag or box didn’t stop me … two didn’t, I even blamed it on the coffee pot, tried another pot. Now I’m stuck with 40 pods and TWO bags ( fresh till 6/25) with absolutely NO TASTE! Sadly I will not be buying Peet’s again.

Pete’s has seemingly hamstrung their local managers by eliminating their ability to issue credit when a pound of beans is purchased at a store but the customer does not need the cup of coffee offered at that moment. I was told that even if I had a smart phone, this rebate could only occur on line. Drink your free coffee now or forget it.

Moved to Texas from California and missed having adequate access to Peet's whole beans of a good size and preferred roast. But ordering on-line is a hassle. No cost savings vis-a-vis the store (unless I want a subscription, which I don't). And delivery sucks. Says 6 days tops, but it's usually more. It is "arriving tomorrow" for five days just this last time, for example. I'm going on a trip and now it's going to show up when I'm not there. I'm done ordering on-line. And if I can't find what I need in the store, I'm just going to buy Starbucks. It's a shame. I had been a loyal, enthusiastic customer. Oh well.

Coffee beans used to be fragrant and fresh in store. Now it’s not worth the trip because beans can be up to 3 months old. and ordering online is not much better. Customer service sounds like one man with a very strong accent, who will not slow down and is virtually inintelligible.

I buy the Keurig pods of Peet’s coffee but recently the pods leak grounds into my coffee so much so I have to throw my coffee out. I order my Peet’s thru Amazon and have for years. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am so so so tired of opening bags of Peets with absolutely no oil on the beans. Tired of the bag weight becoming less and less with an increasing price per pound. We started at 12 oz bags, now they sell 10 oz. Peets needs to get its distribution channel issues in order and deliver a high end product for the price/oz. I'm looking for alternatives. Their quality is just not adequate and I could snap a pic of the beans but just not worth my time.

The test of the coffee changed the price went a lot higher on top of that now they are charging for your cup25 cents too . Didn’t they charge for everything before ?

Good coffee. Slow delivery, Shipping unreasonable. Clumsy website. Buying good coffee from you folks is not as simple as it should be.

I buy from Peets once a month, no subscription. Two things have been challenging with this company over the years. Customer service is slacking. Calling is futile. I tried twice this week, put on lengthy hold times then the calls were both disconnected. Tried email and it takes 48 hours to hear back. And lastly a big problem with Peets and their shipping company is rarely do I get shipping dates. Tried clicking on tracking and UPS hasn't updated their server. I have received my delivery and their tracking still indicates they do not have the tracking info. I have told this to Peets in the past, another apology from them and looks like that problem continues to be unresolved. Am looking into other bean suppliers who not only provide a great bean but customer service. Challenging to continue to be a customer with a company that hasn't worked out all the bugs in their business or maybe they just have stopped caring about providing good customer service.

We bought whole bean coffee from the grocery store today. Noticed that the number of ounces changed from 12 oz. to 10.5 oz. although the price has not. Customers need to be observant of this. These are tactics used by companies during times when inflation increases to maintain their profit margins. Most consumers never realize that this happens.

Had their sees chocolate covered coffee beans , ordered them on their website, they were delivered late as they were a gift, then I canceled my order , they were still delivered , when I opened the package all the beans were melted together like they were exposed to extreme heat at one point, but customer service was awesome and took care of my issues. May take my chance again in the future their products are delicious.

Purchased my first bag of Peet's Coffee yesterday at Kroger. It's less than a $1 shy of 3 times the price I pay for Seattle's Best, but I thought I would splurge and try the Costa Rica blend, with Plum and Brown Sugar. As was looking forward to trying it, but was so disappointed when it had no plum, sugar or sweet flavor at all? It's regular coffee! Is this a trick or are flavorings SO weak? I am going back to the Seattle's Best and save $7 /lb.!! What a complete ripoff!!

The coffee havana was tasty, but not too hot. The ham and swiss had dry ham dry bread, meager size. I almost returned it but I was starved. Not the greatest experience. Lexi who helped me was good and service quick. The ham n swiss left MUCH to be desired

Congratulations on the rape of a once quaint little shop on 4th Street in Santa Rosa. If you wanted to look like Starbucks well you spend a hell of a lot of money to do it. 7 people standing in line to use the one restroom sensing your wisdom you chose to rip out the other one in the remodel. I won't be back and I've been coming there for 5 years.

I have been drinking loose leaf Peet's Scottish Breakfast Tea for close to ten years and buy it by the pound. I just opened my first bag since the merger with Mighty Leaf and it is a different tea. I called to ask if they changed the blend and they denied it had. When I tried to leave a polite review on Peet's site that it has changed, they refused to post it. I took the tea to my favorite local coffee & tea store and they agreed. The local company's founder was mentored by Peet several decades ago and they have always bought Peet's tea but stopped when the quality dropped after Peet's combination with Mighty Leaf. I am sad to report that Peet's seems to have gone the way of all too many good companies. They grew too big and have left quality and even honesty behind.
