“Wasnt sure what fountain pen i wanted! So i gave the Pen and Paper an email where they were very helpful in giving me a few options. The pen was on offer :). Only took a couple of days to arrive. Will be using them again :).”

“Well packaged and very speedy delivery. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the incorrect pen - Lamy Accent 4 pen instead of the Lamy Accent Palladium 3+1 pen. I spoke to Amber and she was extremely helpful and professional, getting the correct pen sent out to me the same day as it was for a gift. I could not ask for better customer service. Thanks very much.”

“I ordered a birthday card featuring Cardiff Castle.which is on its way to America. Lovely card, excellent delivery. Very pleased. More cards representing Cardiff landmarks (Principality stadium comes to mind) would be nice”

“Pen and paper got my order wrong they sent me the right pen with the wrong colour ink. However this is where great service comes into play. One quick phone call and they sent me the black refill next day without any hesitation or issues and they let me even keep the blue one. Fast and efficient service. However the initial purchase isn't 1st class delivery. Hopefully they can stretch to this in the future.”
