“I'm happy to say that despite being so far away from the store, communication between us was prompt. My order was processed within hours of making it & given tracking # without any fuss. I received the package in great condition. Nothing to complain about - it is as advertised. Thumbs up for customer service”

“Shop did not have my original choice of gun metal grey, so ordered a brushed silver finish instead. This came very promptly and I preferred the brushed silver to my original choice. As compensation for not having original choice, the shop supplied me with a black medium refill in place of the standard blue one, free of charge. Pen was a present for a member of the family, so can't comment on how it is in use, but I'm sure it is fine. Would certainly use the shop again.”

“I ordered a Cross Botanica Day Lily fountain pen and I am delighted with it. Pen & Paper had the best price I could find online for this item. The item was sent promptly. I was very pleased to note that the padded envelope it arrived in was eco-friendly. I thought the handwritten address, beautifully written in ink was a nice touch!
