“We always call in to the shop when we are in Cardiff as it has such a great range of products not stocked elsewhere. When my daughter wanted a Cross Botanica Green Day Lily Fountain Pen for her birthday I googled it and was very pleased I could buy it at the best price from Pen and Paper on line - some one we trust with no danger of it coming from Hong Kong etc. The pen arrived very promptly and my daughter is delighted with her present.”

“Consistently competitive on price, excellent selection of stationery products with superlatively quick and courteous service. If you like the idea of dealing with real people, who write "many thanks" on compliment slips while despatching your order speedily and safely, Pen & Paper is for you. “Always double quick delivery, and the best price I could find anywhere. You also have non-standard nibs in stock, whereas other places often require special orders for “fine” or “extra fine”. I would definitely recommend you, and I’m looking forward to shopping with you again. Helen Wood”

“Amber was truly fantastic when I had a small issue with my Lamy nib last month. All sorted perfectly. My daughter has 2 Lamy's now and is a fully fledged fountain pen convert thanks to Lamy and this shop! Thank you so much. Will be buying something again due to exceptional customer service.”
