“Lovely mints and great delivery service. Love that they benefit my mouth health. Not crazy about the suggestion on back of packet to eat two mints five times a day, so will decide for myself.”

“I ordered two different sizes of the same mints. They arrived without delay. Some producers claim their products are sugar free but Peppersmith are the only people I trust to buy low carb mints from.”

“Disappointed to order a 12 pack in late October and when I received them, they expire end November. I don't eat them at that rate.”

“I think there should be improvement made on packaging as it comes in cardboard it's not protected from getting moisture in. So as soon as I set them on the shelf in my home the gum lost it's crispy coating as it absorbed the moisture from the air.”

“Great service. Good product. I always have the chewing gum. It is healthy. It is also approved by dentist. The only downside I have is that the packaging has changed and doesn't fit in the letterbox like it used to.”

“For the second time of ordering recently, I didn't receive an email confirmation that my order had been received. When I phoned, I was told that the IT Dept would be contacted to see what the problem was. I didn't hear any more, so now believe you don't send out automatic email order confirmations, which I always get from other companies ? Also, it's quite standard to get a despatch note inside the package, which I haven't had on 2 orders, although that isn't so much of an issue. Finally, the small pocket sized cardboard boxes to hold the mints, needs re-design, as it's very difficult to get the boxes open without tearing the lid. If my rating was purely on the mints, it would be a 5, but with the other issues, it has to be a 3.”

“I'm normally a happy Peppersmith customer but have been disappointed with my last couple of orders which have supplied products with very short expiry periods. My last order arrived in November with an expiry date of December. I received no reply from customer services when I expressed my disappointment at this.”
