“Ordered and paid for 2 bags, they didn’t arrive, they didn’t answer emails saying I was rejecting them, wouldn’t answer phone. They blamed courier saying a consignment went missing. Then said they were with courier, they weren’t. Nearly 3 weeks later, bags still not here, requested a refund, it didn’t arrive. Now having to go through PayPal to deal with them. Dreadful service can’t understand all the positive reviews, they must have paid someone!”

We're sorry Mr Chung didn't receive the gloves we sent, he was very angry and cross so we issued an immediate and full refund of the £11.50 he had spent. However he still wanted us to send another pair of gloves which we weren't prepared to do as the refund had been paid.

Hard to believe but apparently Perfect Gloves had run out of the size I ordered.
So, I am left with the inconvenience of having to post back two pairs of unsuitable gloves to get a refund, and I do not have the gloves, size medium, which I wanted.

“Ordered bag, after three weeks it had not arrived and they advised me to order another and they would refund it but refunded the new order instead, it took five weeks of constant emiling to get a decent reply and still have no bag as they refused to say they had made a mistake and told me it was my fault.”
Unfortunately Mr McBride didn't receive our emails or phone calls which made communication very difficult. The courier was unable to deliver the first bag, it was returned to us and we refunded immediately. Mr McBride didn't realise this had happened because as we now know he didn't get our emails. He ordered a second bag, we immediately cancelled and refunded because of the problems with delivering the first bag, and Mr McBride thought we'd refunded the other bag! All in all a terrible mess and not something we're happy about; we are going to review our contact processes for people who don't reply to emails and phone messages to try and avoid customers getting irritated when they don't know what is going on
“I haven't received this item yet. I emailed your team mimday asking when it would be with me and your team replied it would be here Tuesday. But it never arrived. I paid extra money to have it delivered on first class but it's taking just as long as it would on a normal delivery (2-4 days) I am very disappointed. As it still hasn't arrived today can I ask you when will I receive it? I want an accurate answer this time please.”

“Ordered a bag on Sunday, advised that it would be dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday. Then nothing. I chased on Thursday, and was told order had never been sent. I am very unimpressed. I have since purchased the bag elsewhere.”
We did make a mistake with this order and have apologised to the customer and refunded immediately. The customer asked for a change to the order and this manual intervention triggered an error on our system, which we've now resolved but are very sorry that the customer was inconvenienced.
“I never received a bag I ordered on 19 January. I queried this on 28 Jan.
First they said they would email me back later on 28 Jan to confirm that the bag would be in stock and posted on 1 Feb. On that basis I agreed to wait a few more days. They did not email me on 28 Jan. Nor did they send the bag on 1 Feb.
On 3 Feb, I email again, and then they told me that the bag will be in stock on 4 Feb, and they would email on 4 Feb with tracking information. On that basis, I agreed to wait another couple of days. They did not send the bag. They did not email me.
I chase again, and they again tell me that the bag is out of stock, but more stock is due today, and that I will have a bag delivered tomorrow.
I no longer believe them. In fact, I tried to phone them on the number given in their email replies, and there is no answer. Is this even a real number? Does this company even exist?
So they have been stringing me along for weeks now, all the while they have my money, they have lied and lied, promising bags they do not send, and promising to keep me informed by emails they also never send. This is a despicable infuriating organization.”
