“Ordered bi focals and slim lenses. Glasses were about 2 week wait but the price was very cheap and the glasses fit me perfectly. First time i used this company but it wont be my last. Very happy with them..”

“Enter your details or scan your prescription....they phone and sort any queries in your order and then sit back and wait a couple of weeks ..job done. Loads cheaper than boots etc . Inexpensive enough to leave a pair here and there ,car ,coat ,bag etc. I have reading glasses and computer glasses, same cheap but strong frame ,but I order different colour arms So I know them easily as to use . Will use again and again”

“If there were a box for 'Exceptional', I would have ticked that. The glasses are absolutely fine - they conform precisely to the descriptions on your website, perform exactly as specified, and are an excellent thing. Better than that, perhaps, is your service. Communicating with the seller about an Internet purchase in progress is always uncertain, and you sphere of operation is - I imagine - one that demands perfect understanding between client and seller. You are clearly geared up to deal with it: my slightly hesitant enquiries always brought a prompt and efficient reply, and my mind - a little uncertain at this stage of the transaction - was immediately set at rest. “Still waiting for my no quibble refund, over a month now. Perfect glasses are refusing to refund me until I remove my review, that sounds like quibbling to me. My useless glasses were posted back to them (recorded) and they received them on the 5th January its now the 23rd. I have now had to get my credit card company involved and the trading standards. Avoid at all costs.”

“I have placed several orders with Perfect Glasses over the last couple of years. Their service has always been good (including ringing me to arrange an alternative when there was a problem with a particular style of frame), The quality of the frames and lenses has always been fine and corresponded well with what I expected when ordering online. I'd recommend them and will use them again.”

“I ordered rimless bifocal glasses and was advised to have polycarbonate lenses. The lenses provided UV protection, were anti-reflection and anti-scratch. All together less than £100. The glasses were delivered by special carrier within 10 days of order. Very pleased with their appearance.”
