I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Perfume's Club. I ordered a specific product that was listed as in stock on their website. However, after placing the order, I received the unpleasant notification that the product was canceled due to lack of stock.Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with this situation, I received only automated and impersonal responses, with no attempt to address the issue. Furthermore, I discovered that while my order was being canceled, the price of the product had been increased, which I find unacceptable.This experience has eroded my trust in Perfume's Club and their ability to handle customer relationships with integrity. I cautiously advise considering purchases from this company, given their questionable practices and lack of transparency in communication.

I ordered some items from this company which is not based in the UK (just to make everyone aware of it, they are based in Spain). They did not send me all the items ordered. I reached out to them promptly and followed all the steps as per their process to resolve this situation. However, they ran out of options and could not send me any further documents to complete (the process to get a refund from this company is extremely complicated and will get you nowhere). I got a final email saying that they can not review the DORn form which was sent out of the time that we are allowed to start the claim (this document was sent to them quickly enough within 3 working days). Basically, it seems like this company wants to take the money from the customers and deliberately is not sending all items ordered to keep the money for the items that they never sent. Please stay away from this website if you do not want to end up in my situation which is extremely frustrating. I will be contacting my bank to see if I can claim the funds for the missing items and also will log a complaint with Royal Mail regarding this fraudulent company.

No indication it wasn't a UK company till you've paid then told 8 - 10 days for delivery only found out today how dodgy they are not got my stuff yet and dont know if i will get it but would never have used them having read the reviews online should have done checks beforehand trustpilot reviews are hilarious you can clearly see the ones they've written themselves

Similar to others - product was missing from the box. Box was not packed appropriately allowing crushing. Product was damaged and missing. Their resolution? Contact the shipping company and raise a claim with them. Far better to pay higher prices from domestic shippers who care about their reputation.

If there were negative stars this FRAUDULENT COMPANY would get 5!!! Order $400 worth of stuff 6 weeks ago. I contacted them today and what do ya know, the box was “destroyed at customs”. Shampoo must be dangerous?? CMON!!!! Complete scam as they never contacted me regarding said damage. Still waiting for an order…DEMAND A REFUND!!!! Thinking about ordering….DONT!! Perfume Club…Carethy…ALL COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!!

Pay for not received items Ordered a perfume for my girlfriend in mid-December, as a Christmas present. When ordering indicated that it could be delivered at home, however, due to the delay. I wouldn't be home for the holidays. Have the delivery adjusted to delivery at a pick up point. This would be delivered there between Christmas and New Years, I myself was on the other side of the country. The day before New Year's Eve I went home, to pick up this package and to visit family, after all, I had received confirmation that it had been received there. When I arrived at the pick-up point, my package was no longer there, only I knew that a package was waiting for me. In the end, a stranger appears to have received my package, as an unknown signature was visible at Track & Trace. Immediately contacted the company to make this known and ask whether they can start an investigation into this. They indicated that "according to the data of the courier service and the GPS data, this has been delivered". Of course, all data indicates that, because it was also delivered, at the pick-up point. This does not mean that I received it. I also communicated this with the company, but they didn't care, I just had to pay. Indicated that I will not pay for goods not received. Fortunately, I indicated during the order that I wanted to use Klarna, and they eventually canceled the invoice. Now I recently received an email from the company that they regret that I have requested a refund while they have handled this matter correctly, with a payment request, and the statement that my account will be blocked until payment. All in all, this shows very poor customer service where the company wants to charge the consumer for items lost by a courier. If they don't improve customer service and continue to treat consumers in this way, I will never order anything from them again.

They don't deliver the product, they excuse with the post office, and they don't return the money you paid. Horrible.

I ordered a fragrance 16/12/22. We're now on 02/01/23. With the royal mail strikes and the Christmas delays i knew it would take a while. HOWEVER. It reached the local mail processing centre 23/12/22. It's been there ever since. Hasn't moved. Considering the delivery method used when it hit the UK was 48 hour delivery, that's TOO long. Now, i realise that's Royal mail's fault. So why the low score? Perfumes Club aren't interested. Their rep, Christopher, said take it up with Royal Mail. That's his words. Or more precisely, 'as mentioned in the previous email...' 'any future incidents, take it up with Royal mail' To consider they've had my money for weeks and i don't yet have the goods i paid for, THEY are responsible for chasing it up, not the buyer. Terrible attitude. The only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is the good price for the item. Not that it's any good if i never get it!

Shocking company. Chose them as they were the cheapest around for the perfume I wanted. Dispatch was a bit on the slow side but fully tracked with royal mail, great. Tracking showed that it was "out for delivery" on the 20th and then it just disappeared. Royal mail wouldn't tell me anything as I didn't have a sorry we missed you card so I tried asking perfumes club, 3 times, if they could check on it. Each time they just replied with a generic, here's your tracking link speak to royal mail reply. These companies need to learn that their responsibilities do not end the second an item leaves their warehouse! Won't ever use these jokers again, even though the parcel did eventually arrive.

Disgusting customer service. I was missing an item and told if I didn’t have a picture of the box that they couldn’t do anything! I had to wait 6 weeks for delivery as well. I didn’t realise that the item was missing until the next day after I discarded the box. Not sure what that proves? Do not buy from this dodgy company!!

This is the worst. l have ordered prada perfume on the 15th of December. They have provided me with RM tracking details which shows no movement since 23rd . Today is the 08th of December and they refuses to refund. l will have to go further , but it's such a shame. An absolute nightmare

Like other reviews I ordered over £100 of goods for anniversary present and now over 6 weeks later and several emails to them with absolutely no response at all from them I am glad I paid via paypal as now started a resolution dispute via them to try and get my money back. Just shocking service all round - AVOID!!!

Such a horrible online store. I ordered Narciso Rodriguez for her body lotion and sent me a mug coaster/holder for the car. After waiting for almost a month, I was scammed for receiving an item far from what I ordered. Please do not be deceived by their low prices offering or sale. You might end up being scammed as well.

Awful I will NEVER shop with this company again first & last time I purchased the new ghd gift set they took my money over £300 it arrived nearly 2 wks later only to find the plugs are European even though says uk on website I then checked if they worked ok what a surprise they didn’t and would not pay for me to return for refund I’ve had to go through ghd disgusting avoid! Don’t buy from them .

Bought two lotion on Black Friday, and now it is end of December still not received, and no refund. They were supposed to be Christmas gift for my girlfriend and now I had to purchase them locally last minute. Tracking status hadn't updated since Dec. 7th. When I fist told them I had not received it they refused to refund saying it had been delayed but was on its way. They then said I had to wait 5 more days before they would consider a refund. Nothing happened in mid-December so i complained again and they said I had to fill out and sign an affidavit for the courier company to investigate before they would consider a refund. They said the investigation will take 2 months!!! They said they're gonna consider it lost on Feb-22nd. So basically they take your money for 3 months and don't give it back if you don't get the goods and put every obstacle in the way of you trying to claim your money back. Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to operate on the internet. They have no respect for consumer law and that is the definition of criminal activity. There are so many reviews on here with a similar experience. Avoid or report them. My tracking number is LS083662747NL. For people that're viewing this, track this on usps, the package has not moved since Dec. 28th! and they refused to refund me. This is fraud! No matter how good the prices are, avoid this company please!!!!! As of today, Jan 10, 2022, the package still has no movement and they refuse to refund my money!

Horrible company. The product I ordered almost 2 months ago has never arrived. I’ve contacted the company everyday for the last 2 weeks and they are blatantly ignoring me, which is appalling to me and very unprofessional. No one will respond or give me an answer. I will be writing them everyday until I get a response and a refund.
