"I ordered an expensive YSL Perfume... 100ml bottle arrived EMPTY. Literally EMPTY. I am devastated. It was supposed to be a really special gift that I have saved up for. I have contacted Customer Service through their website form... having read reviews I'm panicking I won't get my money back... this only happened today... it seems like I'm going to have to wait days to find out... gutted. The special gift is ruined.\r\n\r\nIt's now 25th March and after MANY emails, I have achieved nothing. Perfume's Club is refusing to acknowledge my complaint, refusing to give me a refund or replace the empty bottle of fragrance. They have even given me evidence of the weight of the parcel, which PROVES the parcel is too light for the 100ml bottle to be full... yet they still refuse to refund me. It's an absolute outrage. \r\n\r\nAlong with photographic evidence and many emails in communication, I have read them my Consumer Rights...\r\n\r\n\"The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose. As the item I purchased from you was not, you are therefore in breach of contract and I would like to reject the goods and request that you\u00a0issue me with a full refund as I am notifying you of my short-term right to reject within 30 days of receiving the goods worth \u00a387.04. "Similar to others - product was missing from the box. Box was not packed appropriately allowing crushing. Product was damaged and missing. Their resolution? Contact the shipping company and raise a claim with them. Far better to pay higher prices from domestic shippers who care about their reputation."

After waiting for almost a month, I was scammed for receiving an item far from what I ordered. Please do not be deceived by their low prices offering or sale. "Bought two lotion on Black Friday, and now it is end of December still not received, and no refund. They were supposed to be Christmas gift for my girlfriend and now I had to purchase them locally last minute. Tracking status hadn't updated since Dec. 7th. When I fist told them I had not received it they refused to refund saying it had been delayed but was on its way. They then said I had to wait 5 more days before they would consider a refund. Nothing happened in mid-December so i complained again and they said I had to fill out and sign an affidavit for the courier company to investigate before they would consider a refund. They said the investigation will take 2 months!!! They said they're gonna consider it lost on Feb-22nd. So basically they take your money for 3 months and don't give it back if you don't get the goods and put every obstacle in the way of you trying to claim your money back. Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to operate on the internet. They have no respect for consumer law and that is the definition of criminal activity. There are so many reviews on here with a similar experience. Avoid or report them. My tracking number is LS083662747NL. For people that're viewing this, track this on usps, the package has not moved since Dec. 28th! and they refused to refund me. This is fraud! No matter how good the prices are, avoid this company please!!!!!\n\nAs of today, Jan 10, 2022, the package still has no movement and they refuse to refund my money!"
