“The course was comprehensive and reflected my state exam. I just followed the modules, quizzes and then purchased the Perry Prep+ right before the exam. I didn’t have to get the prep course as the material in the courses was more than enough to pass. However, I’m historically a horrible test taker, so I purchased the prep course just in case. Both Perry products were high quality. I passed my state exam on the first try and was well above the passing threshold. Thank you to the great folks at Perry for their support, dedication to answering my questions, accessibility, and encouragement! I will only be using Perry for my CE and any other real estate course I may need.”

“I have had a great experience with Perry Real Estate College/Kentucky Real Estate College. Kent has always been very helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question. The modules are a great format and easy to use. The quizzes are easy to use as well. I would recommend this training to anyone seeking a real estate license.”

“Major draw back with this school is the printed book. The school is online and the book should be on the website or a digital license should be issued. I am using prep agent to study for my exam and using the school to track my hours. If the book was digital I would have been completed months ago. Almost ready to try another online school that is a 100 percent online.”

“I had my choice as to where I would get my Brokers education. I choose PerryReal Estate College and it am so glad I did. It offered learning at the pace it choose, great online tools and excellent help from a live person when it had questions I needed clairifacations to.
