Only one part of my order has arrived. The engraved glass is lovely however the Aston Villa towel has not arrived.

The product itself is good. Photo quality and presentation all good. Unfortunately I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived over a week later. Very disappointed as this was not in time for my sons birthday.

Ordered a card and gifts in plenty of time for my friends special birthday. The gifts have arrived and are great but the birthday card has still not arrived. I have emailed to chase where it is but have had no response as yet. There are no telephone numbers to ring on the website either.

Need better packaging the card was all bent when it arrived !! Card itself was just what I wanted but couldn’t be used so went out & got another

Expensive gift for what it is. The delivery was not acceptable, l did complain and they advise me of the problem, and they were refunding me m6 delivery costs, still waiting for the refund

Had issues with delivery, was promised it would arrive on a certain day, but it arrived a day later, which was too late. Apparently they do say allow 7 days for delivery, but there was no mention of this fact on either the order or shipping note, very disappointed

Decent birthday card which was appreciated by the recipient for a special occasion, but an additional £3.99 for UK POSTAGE was downright theft!

Unfortunately I had to email to confirm my order had been placed. I did get a reply but no follow up email to say it had been dispatched for delivery. I checked my junk box and still no emails. I’m very happy when the glass finally arrived but not so with the follow up. However when I emailed I got a reply the same day.

I ordered a personalised phone case for my younger brother's birthday, and paid almost £7 for next day delivery. I was surprised that this delivery was even an option, as obviously personalised items take longer to make and dispatch, however I paid the extra costs thinking that it would be arriving the next day. After not arriving the next day, I frequently checked the status of my item, and it was not even dispatched until 4-5 days after I had originally ordered it, therefore not arriving in time for my brother's birthday. It seems baffling that a next day delivery option is even on offer, when the company cannot fulfil this requirement. Although the product is of brilliant quality, I was disappointed as I had paid £7 for something that should've arrived the next day but took almost a week. If you cannot deliver something next day, do not put it as an option. Or even still, if you cannot deliver next day- at least have the decency to give a refund.

For a delivered price of £25, I ended up with a small jigsaw which was intended as a present but I cannot give it now as it looks, not a lot. In all fairness I may not have paid attention to the advert which may well have given the size number of pieces so partially my fault for not taking notice before buying. Bottom line, very poor value for the money, even for a club fan.

No faults with the actual birthday card I ordered however really disappointed you didn’t supply a birthday card envelope & instead just gave me a bog standard mailing envelope which is way too big for the card itself. Probably won’t order from you again for this reason. If you can’t provide the correct envelope type for a large card then you shouldn’t have an option to order a card in A4 size.

The actual print was very nice, but the personalization is almost the same color as the stripes it covers so you cannot read the name at all. A huge disappointment. Would not recommended ordering from this company.

Paid for next day delivery and it took like a week to arrive. Then it said it wouldn't come until 3rs January and it turned up the next day? Very random.
