“Today I received delivery of my : personalised Leicester City FC dressing room mug, which was ordered on 8/11/19. However the courier said that the mug had been damaged in transit, as the broken pieces could clearly be heard from within the unopened box. The courier made a note on their PDA that the item had been delivered in a damaged state, and that it will be returned. When my purchase is re sent, I would like it to be delivered in a bigger box, and the mug to be wrapped in sufficient bubble wrap to protect it whilst in transit.”

“These coasters are fabulous I am sending them to my son ( an avid Bolton Wanderers fan)in Germany and l know he will be so happy with them I would recommend this company for excellent quick delivery and the quality of the goods”

“My personalised mug arrived promptly but broken. I emailed this company and they got straight back to me and said another mug would be sent out as a matter of urgency. True to their word a perfect mug arrived 2 working days later in time for my nephews 18th birthday. I was very impressed and works definitely recommend Personalised Football Gifts.”
