“I recently ordered merchandise from Personalised Football Gifts, but had trouble having them sent Internationally to Canada. On contacting them and explaining the situation they said they would look into the problem. This was resolved very quickly to my satisfaction. “Card arrived without any bubble wrap protection so was a little bent. But worse than this was that my message was not fully printed and so off-centre. Surely someone checks the cards before they are delivered. I have used other personalised sites before and have never had a problem. Fortunately my friend saw the funny side but I was embarrassed!”
