“Ordered a personalised key ring for my best friend’s leaving meal from work and not only did this item arrive quickly after I placed the order quite late one evening but immaculate presentation and has been received and he loves it - a perfect present - cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I sent for a motherwell fc personalised mug with my husbands name on it however I was sent a wolves fc with an entirely different name on it my husband thought I was having an affair, 8 contracted customer services and explained what had happened they stated it was a manufacturing error and the original would be sent out”

“I bought a hip flask for a friend's birthday. My friend loves football, plus it was a big birthday to celebrate. I thought the perfect gift would be a personalised gift with the name, year of birth and the football logo my friend supports would be perfect as a keepsake. I was disappointed with the packaging, I thought this made the gift look cheap. A lovely touch would have been to have presented the gift in a box to show the gift off, for the money I paid I expected this.”

Hi Tracey I am sorry you are not 100% happy with your item. Although this item does come in a simple box, we don't advertise this as having a gift box.

“I ordered personalised engraved glasses and chose express delivery even though it didn't apply to engraved items - I missed that on the website! But when I rang and explained my mistake and that they were a wedding gift needed by the end of the week, I was told that it would be looked into asap. It was, and I received an email the same say to verify that. I received them in time and they're lovely - the newlyweds loved them! Thank you, to Hazel in customer services for excellent service. Would highly recommend this company for both quality items and exceptional customer service. Well done.”
