“Not the greatest customer service. I ordered an item to be delivered in time for Valentine’s Day and it arrived late. I tried to contact the company multiple times and had no response until very late on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I asked if the company offered any good will when they let down their customers and received no reply. Not the best customer service. Won’t be a repeat customer.”

“I ordered my gift without identifying I required it for Valentines Day. on the 12th of Feb I realised my error and contacted Personalised Jewellery. They immediately let me know they would expedite the item to ensure I received it on time. They did not want to charge me the extra cost. I am delighted with the gift, although smaller than I imagined, it is exactly what I was looking for. I won't hesitate to use them again.”
