“2nd order recently and really pleased with both items. Exactly as pictured and good service. Would def recommend Only downside is they promise a free gift which im not sure when you receive it. It’s not clear. Didn’t order for the gift as their products are worth ordering anyway but when something is offered , it should be sent Hopefully it will arrive Still recommend though as items lovely”

“The delivery and quality of my personalised ashes locket was very good. The problem I have is of my own making, ie. The engraving option I chose from those available must have been far too long as anyone with normal eyesight will have great difficulty in reading it. The verse was excellent, which was why I chose it but maybe it should be removed as an option for small items such as my locket.”

“Not happy at all, bought this as a gift for my mum as my baby died and she was severely affected by my loss and the chain arrived snapped and love heart was scratched and writing so small we could barely read it, my last bit of money gone down the drain which is so upsetting at such a hard time.”

“Lovely personalised gift however delivered over two weeks after anticipated date. I ordered the item on 8th November and it was delivered on 24th November. The website did not show tracking and I had to call to chase delivery. As a result the gift didn’t arrive in time for our anniversary.”

“Really pleased with locket was surprised at size was larger than I thought so was very pleased as I bought it for my daughter and it was fashionable but classic she was delighted with it and the engraving which was exactly what I wanted especially as we are Welsh and we like mam instead of the usual mum”

“My gift has still not arrived, so I am so unhappy. According to Royalmail it was delivered but the recipient never recieved or signed for it. What is the point of online purchases if your delivery is unreliable?”
