“The locket I bought is lovely and seems to be of good quality. It did however take a long time to arrive, I ordered on the 24th of November and it didn't arrive until 5th December. I'm not sure the website should state next day delivery when it takes this long.”

“Ordered this for my son, was kept upto date with the whole proccess and it arrived before est date of delivery in a nice presentation box,the braclet it self is very good quality and the personalisation is better than I expected, only down side to this is it was too big for my son so had to had some link removed which can be added back as he grows overall would definately recommend and will be ordering again.”

“Earrings were beautiful, however sadly not secure. They were a very important present for a special little girl who’s had an awful year. The first day she wore them, and one fell out. So it’s gone. Gutted. And the Bracelet I bought looked cheap and flimsy. Waited over 10 days for delivery. Was told by customer service that my items had been dispatched days before, to then receive a dispatch email on the day I was complaining my items were days late. Terrible customer service who constantly fob off their customers. I’m out of pocket by £60 for one earring and a bracelet that definitely won’t last. Won’t buy from this company again.”
