“Was totally beyond shocked when it came through my door and I open it as brought tears to my eyes. Was amazed how it was done just how I wanted it also fell in love with the verse on the front of it thats what attracted me to it as I'm going through a hard time right now and it gave me reassurance.”

“Goods take far longer than they advise. No matter how many phone calls or emails I could never get in contact with anyone. The only way I could get some kind of answer was by using a PayPal dispute against them. Really would not recommend.”

I have double checked the tracking on this item, and it appears it was held up by Royal Mail, as were over items on this day, we apologise for this, and are working with Royal Mail to establish why this happened to so many items on one day.

“I recently ordered a Dog tag necklace from them. I placed the order on the 7th and received it on the 27th of February. It took very long for them to process the order and I had to make a number of international calls (I am in Canada) and finally had to yell them that I would submit a bad review for them to send it to me. Though the piece is beautiful but in my opinion it took way to long for them to ship it to me. Not to mention they kept telling me they will ship on a certain date and not doing it.”

“I noticed a mistake on engravement when send me the email, I called several times but only answer machine answered to my call, I leave a message to contact me back as soon as possible, my name and contact number, but no one replied to me. the delivery date it is for 15 February only arrived only on 18 February.”

Standard free delivery is only estimated delivery, we do have an option to select next day. You are advised to reply to your confirmation email if there is an error with the wording you enter and we can amend instantly.
